Great rental!! Paolo is an exceptional host and always available!! He gave us all the good addresses for our visits and restaurants. Do not hesitate to book with him the visits of the parmesan and parma ham factories (he even accompanied us)!! The pool and the exceptional jacuzzi! The accommodation is clean and fully equipped! The perfect breakfast!!Go there with your eyes closed. I highly recommend this listing!

The house is authentic, rustic and very lovingly decorated – exactly what we were hoping for from a holiday in Italy. It was especially nice to have breakfast on the porch in the morning and enjoy the view over the countryside. The journey is a bit steep and requires a solid car, but you will be rewarded with tranquility and a fantastic place. The region is rich in culinary highlights, small excursions by car are very worthwhile. Our host Irene was always available, very friendly and sent us great tips for the area, which inspired us.

The host was flexible with check in time which was amazing. Their home was very clean. The balconies are gorgeous and we enjoyed our morning coffee while relaxing on it. The best part was the bed. Full linens, comfortable pillows and soft, plump bed along with a duvet. Probably the best sleep I had while visiting Italy. I would stay here again if I’m ever in the area and will recommend same to my friends and family.

I found myself in God's apartment, it was clean and quiet As soon as you exit, you will find bars for breakfast and aperitif restaurants all within easy reach. Excellent, spacious and very clean, and in addition the Host is very kind and helpful.

Unfortunately I was not able to make it due to a strong pollen allergy reaction that left me bed bound. Ylenia was a very kind host who I never met but who refunded me back the amount due to my situation. I would love to go there some day in the near future. It’s so nice to still see kindness and understanding. A great human kind person - thank you.

Really super kind and friendly homeowner, always available... I would even say that the photos do not do justice to the very well-kept structure in every aspect and super clean. Convenient location, nearby amenities and restaurants and walking distance. Incredible value, never found around Italy such new facilities at such affordable prices. Super-recommended.
