The property can accommodate one couple with four children or a maximum of three couples. Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Separate bathroom and toilets. Separate and fully equipped kitchen. Pétanque and molkky area, garden table and chairs, BBQ. The cottage (110 m²) is a former winemaker's house that was fully renovated in 2018.

Le gîte "La Petite Maison", meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles, où il est bon de passer du temps. Situé en pleine nature, au cœur du Périgord Vert, à seulement 3 min de Brantôme. Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.
