On the ground floor there is cosy living room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and sauna. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, a small hall with a balcony and toilet. Each bedroom has two single beds that can be transformed into a double bed. Or alternatively - a double bed in each bedroom can be transformed into 2 single beds.

Hallo Richard, dein Haus war wunderbar – wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Uns als Familie haben nur die Waschmaschine und ein Wäscheständer ein wenig gefehlt 😄 Aber das war kein großes Problem. Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder zu dir – es war ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist ruhig und perfekt für unsere Kinder und unsere kleine Hündin Alexa. Das große, bezaubernde Grundstück und die schöne Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen. Alles ist gut erreichbar – ob Riga oder Jūrmala. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt! Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße! Wonderful apartment, the highlight of course being the spacious terrace, but everything else was clean and comfortable as well. There are several great restaurants nearby. It's a 30-40 minutes walk into the city with two different bus lines stopping close to the apartment. Roland answered all our questions swiftly and was a very nice and helpful host. We also appreciated the amenities like shower gels, coffee, wine, water etc. very much. Would definitely recommend to stay there!

Wonderful, stylish house in beautiful surroundings. You can swim in your own lake (the water was quite cold in August but we still enjoyed it). Very nice terrace, great for barbecue. 8 minutes to Sigulda by car. Comfortable for our group of 7 people. Kitchen is a bit basic but OK.
