The Straubinger Volksfest attracts, the Unesco World Heritage Regensburg, skiing or hiking in St. Englmar or on the Arber.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer einst architektonischen wegweisenden großen Ferienanlage aus den 70ern (Die Bauwelt von 1973 liegt im Apartement aus). Im Sommer mit Hängematte und Außenpool, im Winter mit Innenpool und Saunen. Ein Fitnesscenter gibt es auch im Haus. Alles inklusive.

Shopping is about 2 km away. The flat offers: a fully equipped kitchen incl. Electrical appliances such as stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, bed 180 x 200 cm. Towels and linens are included. Parking is available, No animals allowed, non-smoking apartment!

Beautiful, quiet and bright apartment with terrace and private entrance. Through the separate outdoor entrance you can reach the apartment in the basement of the house. It offers a living room with dining table, chairs and kitchen and an exit to the terrace. In the hallway there is a wardrobe and plenty storage space. The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet as well as a large washbasin. Directly attached (without a door) is the bedroom with 1.40m bed and wardrobe.

Quaint natural hut in the permaculture forest garden

The butterfly house in the Mienbacher forest garden is a place of rest, surrounded by nature. We also like to call the place a wilderness camp. With 4 bunk beds, it is ideal for the family or for friends looking for tranquility amidst the permaculture landscape of the forest garden. We are also a livestock ark and a member of the Naturgarten e. V., so accordingly it creeps and flies, buzzes and hums with us. The toilets and showers are located at the seminar house.

here you can use a new semi-detached house, which is extremely modern, tastefully furnished with a lot of attention to detail and can accommodate up to 7 people, all to yourself. A place to actively explore the surroundings, while hiking, jogging, skiing or paddling, to visit adjacent cities such as Straubing, Landshut and Regensburg, to receive guests and cook together, to relax in front of the fireplace and in the garden or to relax in the in-house sauna.

The newly renovated approx. 30 sqm accommodation offers plenty of space for relaxed, quiet living with a stylish kitchen and dining area. Our accommodation is also very suitable due to the direct proximity to BMW Dingolfing for employees who are on a business trip and would like to have a little more space than just a hotel room for themselves. The spacious and wind-protected balcony invites you to a cozy end of the day.
