Rafael was very responsive and accommodating as we had packages delivered ahead of time which he kindly took inside ahead of our arrival. The location can't be beat. One min walk to the beach!

Didier was very alert and responsive and helpful when we needed something or had any questions about the house. The house was very neat and met are expectations. He made sure we had a smooth check in as well making sure during our stay we were good! The backyard was the best part because we got to spend the day in the pool and chill with our family.

This place was amazing inside and outside! The house was spotless clean literally! As soon as we walked in, we were speechless! The house is beautiful and the backyard view was amazing! The neighborhood was quiet and comfortable! The pictures definitely don’t do any justice for how nice everything was! I would recommend bug spray if you plan on sitting outside! Don’t hesitate to book here, it’s most definitely comfortable and one of the best I’ve ever stayed in!

The home was just as the listing described! It was perfect for our party of 11. The pool was clean and warm, outdoor seating was clean and plentiful, and the inside of the home was perfect. Check in and check out was easy. I’d recommend for anyone wanting a private getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this location. North was very responsive and accommodating with check in/out times. It’s a beautiful home, gorgeous and peaceful backyard. The neighbourhood was quiet and felt safe. The rooms do look exactly like the pictures. Not a far drive from Las Olas and accessible to anything we needed. I would stay here again!

Our kids enjoyed the pool very much and felt right at home from the moment we stepped in. The supermarke5s and farmers market are conveniently located nearby as well. The drive to the beach for the sunrise was about 10 minutes and beautiful. Everything exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be staying again.

It was fine. Lots of rules on noise. The previous tenant left dirty pan in oven. Otherwise clean. Pool was nice. Could use a vacuum after overnight trees

Great location-an easy 15 min walk to beach. Terrific renovation of a mid- century modern Florida house. Great for a family or group vacation with plenty of space for togetherness or privacy. The heated pool at the center of out door activities is fantastic. Well equipped for cooking for a group.

I loved the house, everything matches the photos, excellent area close to everything, the house is cozy, I felt at home, I will definitely stay at José's house again.

Great communication and location for our stay

Beautiful and very clean home right off of intercostal waterway near Harbor Town Marina. Very convenient for our return trip home from Bimini Bahamas on our personal boat. Stored our truck and trailer there so we were a 10-15 minute boat ride away from Marina.

This place was wonderful for me and my family! Very spacious! It could use some home updates but overall it is a beautiful place with so much potential. The host was responsive and kind! The backyard is absolutely beautiful and peaceful, we spent a lot of time out there. We would definitely come back here!

We had a great time and really enjoyed the home. The game room in the garage, the pool, BBQ, and kitchen were perfect to host the few family members that came to visit. The beds are comfortable and the AC nice and cold. Viktoriia was a very responsive host and took care of all our needs/questions. Definitely recommend!

This rental is just as described! Very private and go median between Miami and the Keys. The host was very responsive and when it’s time to check out you don’t need to worry about doing anything like most other rentals. There are birds on the property and cool fish in the lagoon. My teens loved the activities and random peacocks walking around. Like other reviews stated, there are workers on the far edge of the property (it is located in a farming zone and the property is huge) but they were hardly noticed and not a bother. You can also hear low animated animal noises, maybe from the nearby Monkey Jungle, but my kids loved that too. I don’t have anything negative to say about our stay. Maybe just out of personal preference I would prefer a taller and more firm mattress in the master suite.

Clean space, perfect size for our party of 3. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating.

Very nice place if you ever trying to book and very close to everything

Evelyn was very helpful with any questions and concerns we needed. The area is nice with plenty of restaurants not too far and close to major highways. We only stood over for 1 night but if I'm ever in the area I will for sure plan to stay again.

Beautiful place and Soraya was a wonderful host. The house is truly magical—comfortable, well laid out, and thoughtfully designed. It was a pleasure to stay here, and the setting made for a fantastic getaway. Soraya was communicative and helpful throughout our stay, making everything easy and enjoyable. The home was well-maintained overall, though there were some areas where cleanliness could have been a bit better. Given the price point, I had slightly higher expectations in that regard. That said, we had a great experience and would absolutely recommend this place. Looking forward to returning in the future!

The house is really well suited. Our family loved being in a quiet location with the lake just behind. It really was an incredible trip. We hope to return more often
