The studio was just as described. Beginning in our apartment hunting process, Jeff was very helpful, communicative, and flexible.

We really enjoyed our stay in St Pete at Mary's house and hope to stay there again soon. She is super friendly while at the same time our place was completely private. It is small, clean, and had everything we needed. Good location, probably our favorite stay in St Pete so far!!

Quiet, peaceful location that is very comfortable for one or two people. Beautiful decor, owner friendly but non- obtrusive. Only negative is lack of in-unit laundry, but we were able to work around it. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again when we return to St Pete.

Excellent apartment in a great location. Bonus there was a garage to keep our car off the street. It was within a 5 minute drive to restaurants and shopping. Beautiful modern decor. Bed was very comfortable. We couldn’t find one thing we would change.

The guesthouse was cute and spacious! Perfect for two people. Parking in the back is a little tight but not a big issue. Host was very responsive and friendly. Overall very happy with our stay!

Jon was super responsive to anything we needed during our extended 6 week stay. His place was very clean , cozy and has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing short stay or a longer term rental like we needed. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling to the area, it’s located just minutes from downtown where you can enjoy so many different activities and amazing restaurants.

The moment we parked we knew that the place is exactly what we're wanting for our stay in Dunedin. It's charming, peaceful and quiet. We slept soundly and felt comfortable from Mon to Friday. Aside from the basic necessities provided, there are available beach towels, a cooler and a beach umbrella that made our trip to Honeymoon Island easier. Thank you for hosting us Carole! Miaro is a great host. Everything was straight forward and accurate with no tricks or gimmicks. Miaro responded promptly to our questions and was very helpful throughout our stay. The check-in process couldn't have been any easier. The room we stayed in was very nice and clean. We slept very well and comfortably while there. The location was close to everything we wanted to see, it seemed like never more than a 15 minute drive or walk. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be looking Miaro's way again if we happen to return to that area in the future. Thank you Miaro for the nice stay.

Our stay at this location was very comfortable and we felt right at home. Nichole was an excellent host and was responsive to my needs. The property is clean, well furnished and private but also centrally located to all nearby shops. Love the family games provided! We also loved the Sprouts, Trader Joe’s and Wildfork markets nearby!       This is our second visit to this Airbnb property. We love it.       It is clean and cheery. It has a beautiful wide balcony overlooking the bay. It's a short drive to downtown St Petersburg.       Just across the street, there is the Pinellas Trail for those of you who are runners or walkers.        This visit we had some difficulty because as a result of the hurricane, the elevators were not working. This required us to walk up and down 8 flight of stairs whenever we left or returned to the property.        We reached out to our host Caio who graciously arranged an accommodation since the lack of elevator definitely impacted our enjoyment of the property.       Incidentally whenever we had any needs, Caio responded quickly to our concerns.       We will no doubt be back next year.

We had a great stay. Condo was very comfortable and nice. Location was convenient to everything and beach was very nice and quiet. It was our first visit but we will definitely be back next y.

Perfect location and amenities from the beach club across the street without the crowds was an awesome bonus. Pool and beach and gym access was amazing without having to pay for parking elsewhere. Just walk across the street. Apartment was homie and relaxing

We absolutely loved this spot. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. One of the best aspects was the opportunity to use the stand-up paddle boards and the kayaks and the water views. The location was perfect. The wildlife amazing - we even saw Dolphins swim by as we were leaving. The accommodations inside - updated and clean. One of our favorite airbnbs to date. Highly recommend

If your looking for a place with lots to do yet quiet and inviting then look no further this is it! Great Water view , lots of dolphins an manatee’s. Pools beach, fishing, great eating! Go book it now, you won’t be sorry!

I don’t generally leave reviews, but this was an exceptional place to stay! My husband even commented that this was his favorite of all the places we’ve stayed!! Check in and check out we’re both so incredibly easy. The beach was beautiful and very private and the entire building was so clean. April had everything we could possibly need, from a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer, to linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, etc…And the views from the large balcony are absolutely breath taking. We’ve already agreed that this will be the place we book again next year!

Location of this condo was excellent! We had everything we needed for the beach and our stay. The furniture was very comfortable and we slept well. We would definitely pick this condo again when traveling to Madeira!

This is a beautiful place with every conceivable comfort - from hangers to camp chairs. We appreciated the wonderful walk in closet and drawer space as well as the great water pressure and rapidly heating water. The view from both bedroom and living room is gorgeous. Spent most of our time on the patio which increased the sense of space. One note - the bed in the master is quite high - something to consider if you have mobility issues.
