The house is over a 100 years old, but the interior remodel has all the modern conveniences you need to make yourself at home while you enjoy all Bristol has to offer! All the privacy you could want, a large yard, and a fire pit add to the enjoyment of your stay.

This adorable 3 br/2 bath cabin is the definition of serenity, but is only minutes from Johnson City, Bristol Motor Speedway, Rhythm and Roots festival, Blue Plum Festival, Fun Fest and the rest of the Tri Cities. There are 2 bedrooms with a queen bed , a full bath, kitchen/dining and living room on the main level, master br is upstairs . NO ANIMALS of any kind are allowed. The property is allergy free due to owner's family being highly allergic to animal hair, dander, feathers and the like.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly water front river cottage (Approximately 1,700sf)! Bring your fishing pole and relax! We have Kayaks and life jackets available upon request at no charge (life jackets required!). Enjoy some time on the hammocks by the river or step into the hot tub on the deck over looking the river. Please note we do have a video camera overlooking the driveway as well as overlooking the stairway and river bank below the river cottage.
