Family-friendly holiday rentals in Pinezići

Quiet cottage in a good location on a very nicely landscaped property. It is only a few meters to the first "beach", and some more beautiful bays are within a 10-minute walk. Communication with Kristijan and his brother Danijel went smoothly, both always responded quickly and helpfully, and there were also tips on restaurants or shopping via WA. The property is fantastic with many herbs and olive trees. Unfortunately, at the time we were there (late May) there was a pretty caterpillar plague, especially on the oak at the beginning of the property, which inevitably limited the baby's crawling radius. The apartment itself has everything you need, although the coffee machine was unfortunately broken - but a replacement would have been organized if necessary ☺️ Only the parking situation is a bit difficult, as some have already written. In any case, we would like to come back, then maybe at another time of the year😊

Tomislav was a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment had everything you need for a great stay. The terrace with furniture, grill and whirlpool was especially wonderful. He speaks English and German fluently.

Really a super nice accommodation where you like to hang out despite your thirst for adventure. Dani is super nice and helpful, his wife as well. The beach is a little far down. When you come back, it's time to climb. No fun with children who are exhausted from the night. If necessary, better to go down by car. Otherwise, mega!!!

Perfect stay! The apartment is modern, very clean and equipped with every comfort. The heated pool and jacuzzi are a real plus: relaxing there at the end of the day was priceless. Quiet but convenient area, ideal for those seeking relaxation and privacy. Highly recommended, I'd go back tomorrow!

Everything perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the communication to the location and cleanliness - this accommodation is an absolute dream! Child-friendly equipped with children's dishes/cutlery, elevated pool with gate and a private playground in the garden, everything has been thought of here and implemented with great attention to detail. You can tell that it's not just an Airbnb house, but that a lot of the owners' passion goes into the care. Even with self-inflicted complications, we were helped immediately and very kindly, which is absolutely not a matter of course. All in all, I can fully recommend this accommodation! A huge thank you to Lucija and her family ♥️

Wonderful house, lots of space, everything super cozy and harmonious. We felt very comfortable! The bedrooms were super nice and tidy, the pool area wonderful and everything you need was there. In 10 minutes at large shops for shopping and in 10-20 minutes at many great beaches! Lots of toys for children!!!!!! It was a great holiday and a great place to stay! Highly recommended :-)

Carol is the perfect host. Very friendly, helpful. The accommodation is sophisticated, clean, fully equipped and beautifully furnished. Very good location, shops, restaurants, beach, just a few minutes walk.

We had a wonderful time in Josefina's apartment. It is located in a quiet location, the city of Krk and thus the shopping facilities can be reached in 5-7 minutes by car. The view from the balcony is super nice, the apartment is well-equipped and clean, fresh towels are brought by every 3 days. The pool was a highlight in the heat. We would definitely choose this apartment again on our next visit to Krk. Many thanks to Josefina and Silvija, who were always available to us and responded quickly to any concerns. This is our second time spending Easter in Porat in Sanja and Davor's apartment They were very kind and very helpful. The apartment is very comfortable and the area is quiet, ideal for family and relaxation. Unforgettable stay again this time......

Very clean and spacious accommodation. There were four of us with a dog in unfortunately not so nice weather (regular weather). That's why we were able to stay in the house very nicely, and everyone had their space. We felt very comfortable, and Nina was a very helpful host. However, the surroundings did not promise us so much, it was (probably also due to the season) everything as extinct (despite Easter week). A small kiosk and a small bistro were the only thing within walking distance. All in all it was a very relaxing short trip. Thank you Nina.

We stayed at Tatjana’s apartment for four nights and had a wonderful experience. The place is very comfortable, spotless, and located in an excellent area. I highly recommend it as a base for exploring the island. Punat is a strategic location — just 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Stara Baška, 15 minutes from the town of Krk, and about 20 minutes from Vrbnik. It’s perfect if you want to explore different parts of the island without having to drive too far. The apartment itself is fantastic, very close to the sea, and Punat offers an incredible variety of beaches, including several dog-friendly ones. The island is truly pet-friendly — there are always places where you can enjoy the sun and the sea with your dog. People are welcoming and friendly, just like Tatjana, who made us feel right at home. All in all, we had a great time and would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. Apartment great and host very friendly. Was able to provide us with a baby chair and bed, was very helpful. Recommended! Nice quiet area, but everything is within walking distance. Thanks to the police station opposite, you feel safe. We would gladly come back 😊

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

We (a family of five) felt very comfortable in Damir's pool house. The view and the pool are an absolute highlight. Our 3 children were not so much interested in excursions, so we spent a lot of time in the pool - which is absolutely not difficult at this location. :) The path to the beach is easily accessible on foot and a sandy beach is also within reach. However, the return journey in the heat is a bit exhausting for the kids. The house itself offers everything you need - and if something is missing, Damir is always available. All in all, we liked it very much and we would recommend it at any time!

The place in Brzac is great, as shown in the pictures. Everything was clean and very well maintained. Dominik was always available for questions. The location is easily accessible, but there is not much going on in Brzac itself. Two taverns are within walking distance, in about 20 minutes (1.3 km). The path to the swimming area is quite arduous - but it's worth it. We had a great vacation and would like to take this opportunity to thank our host again.

Everything was pretty much as expected. Jakob was super easy to communicate with. It was pretty centrally located for all we planned to do on arrival and for day trips. The pictures more than did justice to what we found. It was very relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The castle area in Kastov was very nice, with great food and a nice place to wind down the night. Overall, a wonderful vacation to a place we’d never been.

Suzy and Mira are wonderful hosts, Suzy gave us tips for excursions, Mira took great care of the apartment, she lives in the neighborhood and was there when we needed her. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and has a great terrace from which you can see the sea between other houses.

Everything was just perfect from A to Z. Great value for money and the kids love the pool. Ivan was always very helpful and communicative. We would always go back to him. Thanks again 😃🙏

This was the best stay I've ever found through the platform. The strengths are definitely: the location, from which you can reach any point of the island in a maximum of 20 minutes; the comfort of the house, really equipped with anything you can think of needing, and even more! Impeccable cleanliness, furniture in good condition, comfortable sitting area. Terrace and pool complete something already perfect in itself. The added value is provided by Ratko, a very interesting character and very willing to dialogue (in English) super available for any request and attentive to any need, but never intrusive! Welcome provisions (wine, beer and various drinks) and availability to provide information on the best places on the island complete the picture of this wonderful person. Thank you so much Ratko!! We will definitely be back to this wonderful place!
