Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Pinezići

We (a family of five) felt very comfortable in Damir's pool house. The view and the pool are an absolute highlight. Our 3 children were not so much interested in excursions, so we spent a lot of time in the pool - which is absolutely not difficult at this location. :) The path to the beach is easily accessible on foot and a sandy beach is also within reach. However, the return journey in the heat is a bit exhausting for the kids. The house itself offers everything you need - and if something is missing, Damir is always available. All in all, we liked it very much and we would recommend it at any time!

Wonderful visit! Very comfortable place to relax and unwind. Restaurant options are close (driving) with a couple within a walk (but along a road and not much of a sidewalk). We enjoyed the beautiful scenery, the layout or the home, and just simply everything about our trip. Fred’s assistant who met us at the home was a very lovely introduction to the Croatian scene. He was friendly, laid-back, and a great first encounter for our stay. Absolutely recommend.

The house, the hosts and the location are simply enchanting and fantastically beautiful. We have rarely experienced such a relaxing holiday, after a week in this house the outside world seems so far away... In addition to the pool, we especially enjoyed the outdoor shower (with hot water!), showering with a view, marvellous! Everything was very clean, there were plenty of towels, the kitchen is super equipped and everything was also super clean. The sea is great for swimming and the steps down are not bad, a short walk. We are dreaming of coming back.

Outstanding location with a fantastic view of the sea and the mountains. We especially liked the large covered terrace with comfortable furnishings. Small but nice bathing spot within a five-minute walk. The built-in air conditioning system ensures pleasant interior temperatures even on very hot days Josipa is a very friendly hostess. She asked several times if everything was okay or if we needed anything else - but everything was available in terms of equipment that you need for a relaxing and quiet holiday.

Great place, down to earth and original!

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

We were there with our son and what can I say… We were received in a super friendly manner. Cake and juice were available in the fridge. Sanja handed us the apartment with all the trimmings and explained it to us. If we had any questions, we could contact her at any time. The grape harvest announced by Sanja was done by the family faster than the wind and provided us directly with the fresh grapes and figs. One thing we know for sure, we'll be back! The apartment has everything you need on vacation, saves you from having to bring laundry detergent, salt, etc. Sanja really has everything you need. In addition to what has already been said by other users (excellent cleanliness, perfectly equipped apartment, convenient area for proximity to the center of Cres and various supermarkets, tranquility of the area, kindness and availability of Dunja and her parents...), I would like to add a personal note: it rained during our stay in Cres, which is why we spent more time than expected inside the apartment. However, the space is so well managed, well maintained and pleasant that we also enjoyed being inside the house. Particularly pleasant is the garden tended by Dunja's mother, which can be seen from the window of the studio, great for breakfast on sunny days and to be enjoyed from the king-size bed on rainy days! To be recommended without a doubt, thank you!

We enjoyed the stay very much. The apartment is as shown in the photos. The balcony is beautiful with a suitable size and the view wanders pleasantly over green trees. The apartment is in a quiet location and you can walk to the sea and the old town in 5-10 minutes.

We had an amazing time in Irenas Happy beach Apartmen! Such a cozy place and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need! The view is stunning and it’s soooo quiet. We just relaxed and in enjoyed the silence. The sea is amazing and the spot directly in front of the house is also awesome for snorkelling! We found all sorts of fish, crabs, starfish, shrimps! In a 10-15 min walk alongside coats you can reach two beach bars, really cozy. In Rijeka you can shop everything. And in addition to all that, Irena is such a welcoming, friendly host! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you Irena!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Having the balcony with a view of town and the ocean was amazing. The Unit is super spacious and well setup. It had everything we needed and then some. It’s very close to town and the beach as well as the supermarkets etc. We never needed our car. The host was responsive and friendly and made us feel at home. There is a convenient on property parking for the unit. Overall we absolutely loved our time there and would highly recommend.

Property in a panoramic position overlooking the sea in a beautiful historical setting. Recommended for a couple. Everything was very clean. We felt right at home thanks to Maya's hospitality. We think we'll definitely go back.

A beautifully furnished apartment in a prime location to the beach and old town/harbor without the hustle and bustle. Very clean and well maintained with everything you need! We will definitely be happy to come back :)

We had such a great stay! Loved spending time on the huge veranda taking in the beautiful views!! Hosts were so welcoming and accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and provided us with such wonderful personalized recommendations for exploring the area. The apartment was so comfortable and so clean!! Highly recommend!!

Everything was perfect. Đani is very good host, we arrived in the morning and he allowed to check in earlier. Apartment is new and very clean. We had everything that we need. Coffee machine is a great addition. Apartment not far from the beach, situated in a quiet place. I definitely recommend this house.

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Everything was as described and you had a wonderful view of the sea. Ksenija was always available when something was up and very friendly.

Very nice apartment, location is great. You can go directly to the beach or to the pool. The sunsets on the balcony are truly unique.
