Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Pinheira Beach

AWESOME!! The view alone is worth the stay. - Incredible view at any time; - Comfortable environment; district - Excellent cleaning; - Privacy; - It has many outdoor areas. Even from the parking lot of the house, it's a view!! In addition to this, there is another large main balcony, a pool area and a pier area. In other words, these are spaces that in other places are all shared, but here they are PRIVATE!! Are you going to wash dishes? There's a view; Are you having a barbecue? There's a view Are you sleeping in the master bedroom? It has a view. Besides, the house is well equipped, kitchen, bedrooms, etc. And not to mention the pool. I only suggest one thing: that the photocell-type sconce lights of the pool and others have a switch as well. Why? Sleeping with the black-out curtain open in the master bedroom is fantastic. Only the lights of Florianópolis and Enseada give that incredible air and you can sleep peacefully. With the photocell lights that turn on automatically, there is too much light. It is more difficult to sleep.

Second time when my family and I stayed at Daniela's house. Charming place. On the edge of the sea, the noise of the waves, the pleasant balcony integrated with the living room, the private beach where you can swim, ride sup or simply contemplate the sunset. It was another perfect family weekend!

Great location! Stand in the sand, close to the centrinho and trade. You can do everything on foot. Clean environment, with many amenities and comfort. You just have to take care not to turn on more than one air conditioner and along with a shower that falls to the general of the house. Outside this energy problem, the rest is perfect!

we love the stay, the house is super cozy, there is plenty of room to sit and enjoy, pool table, pool... the space is ample, with hammocks and close to the sea! just like the listing feel at home.. love it!

Our days form great, the house is cozy, extremely clean and has all necessary utensils for the stay. The location is on a dead end street, which makes the place even quieter and quieter. We woke up to the noise of the birds. Behind the house has a countryside with oxen and cows that pass by, great for those who appreciate nature. In addition, the house is located on the top beach of Pinheira and very close to Guarda. We felt at home!

i spent 1 week with my family, it was great. marvelous beach, near the house. trade near, pharmacy, police station and upa almost on the corner. Clécio and Karoll extremely gentle, made us feel at home great reception, responded quickly when we needed it. Very attentive Karoll, took printed drawings for my baby to enjoy more of his days. a well-equipped house with day to day products, spacious, fresh and very beautiful. We love our days. We will surely return.

I really liked the place, when we arrived we already smelled clean, all very clean. We only had a problem with the TV that didn't work, it was very slow. Boa Bed, clean and smelling bed linen. Kitchen Basic was able to turn around. The only part of putting the car on the street was not very good, there were few vacancies. This absolutely beautiful flat is worth staying in for the view alone: we loved the hammock with the vista of the forest. The decoration was also lovely, and the neighbourhood is not only safe but leads directly to a beach and a nature reserve of dunes that is perfect for nature-lovers. Thank you very much! Extremely comfortable stay for me and my family. We went with my 9-month-old baby. Bruno and Gabriela provided cradle, the kitchen had all the utensils to cook for my family. Clean, comfortable location with a beautiful view of the balcony. This apartment is ideal for long stays and for those who appreciate comfort and privacy.
