Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Pinheira Beach

There were 3 of us. The accommodation is well suited for a couple. The space is clean and has all the utensils. The location is great. Close to UFSC and everything is nearby.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed staying at the place, the hosts were always very helpful, attentive and always responded quickly when we had any questions. The atmosphere was very cozy and comfortable. In addition, everything happened correctly and very efficiently. We thank Mrs. Renata and her husband for all their support and willingness!

The apartment is very beautiful! The view is amazing and the location is great, with a market and other shops nearby. In addition, access is very easy. The host helped me a lot with all the questions and responded promptly. Check-in and check-out were super smooth and, overall, I felt at home!

If it were possible to leave a rating of more than five stars, I think it would deserve it. The accommodations were perfect for four people and the beach is spectacular for the family. It's worth coming back, hopefully soon.

It was my first experience with Airbnb and Bruno has already set the bar waaaay up there! He was an extremely helpful host from start to finish, making the delivery of keys for check-in and check-out flexible, suggesting the cheapest and tastiest place to eat nearby, and being ready for anything we might need! The studio is wonderful! Everything is clean, comfortable and well equipped. And the hot tub was an incredible differential! The location is also great, with several options for eating, pharmacy, grocery store, shopping and etc. nearby. Simply a perfect experience!

Dirk’s place was such a big surprise! This place has everything you need for a long stay. It's well equipped, clean, next to everything, easy to find, and very safe. We were just fantastic in our stay! The house is impeccable and very well planned — from the kitchen utensils to the comfort of the environments and the living spaces, everything was thought with zeal and attention to detail. Maicon was extremely kind and attentive, always quick to respond and willing to help with whatever was needed. And the view… ah, the view! It is breathtaking. We recommend with eyes closed! I rented the house for my family due to its proximity to my residence, we needed a place that could accommodate two couples and a baby; in addition to an outdoor space for family gatherings. We stayed during the holiday and the experience was excellent! The house perfectly met our expectations and even had more amenities than we expected. Everything was clean, well organized and comfortable. Guilherme was super helpful and attentive, always available to help us with whatever we needed. Great accommodation! The house is amazing, super cozy, clean, illuminated, amazing energy! For the more limited, it is worth remembering that the house is on a steep slope, which on rainy days cars cannot climb, but it is only 5 minutes walking, it is not a big deal. The hike is super worthwhile as soon as you enter the listing. Carol is super communicative, always responding quickly giving all the support possible. Super would come back!

The stay was excellent. The space accommodated five people well. It has a little market right in front of the house that helps a lot in everyday shopping. There was flexibility in checkin and check-out times (I believe that because there was no reservation the day before checkin and after checkout). I recommend the accommodation.

Apt very clean and organized,has all the necessary items for the stay ,the condominium has a very good structure and private access to the beach .

The apartment is wonderful. Everything was clean and organised, and there was everything we needed in the kitchen. The balcony gets good sunlight in the winter- perfect to relax in the hammock. We barely needed to use the car as you can walk straight to the beach or to good coffee shops and restaurants. Gabriela was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and made sure our check in was simple. We hope we can come back again soon!

This place looks exactly like the photos. You have a beautiful view of the mountains and pasture with 2 horses. Then you have a nice pool and a short walk to a magnificent beach, Campeche. I would highly recommend staying here. Also, Renata is a fantastic host. She was super helpful, friendly and responsive to everything. Her and her husband went above and beyond to make everything nice for us during our stay. They even put in a new washing machine the same day as the original one broke during our stay. They are the best!

New, cozy, well-decorated, clean, very well-located apartment with all the necessary amenities for a perfect stay. I recommend it. The host Gabriela is uniquely attentive to guests, always attentive and available to help with whatever is needed. Anyway, when I return to Florianópolis to stay in Campeche, I already have the right address.
