The apartment is on a closed street in a young and dynamic neighborhood. The area offers unique spaces for relaxing walks.

Our time at Sa’Grada was nothing short of exceptional! Hosts Matteo and Lisa went above and beyond to make us feel welcome in their beautiful home, which was a fabulous and peaceful farm just a short drive from Olbia’s downtown core. Close many to beautiful beaches, hiking, and great restaurants, we would return to Sa’Grada in a heartbeat.

The view and home photos are accurate. It is decorated so cute and has an incredible view. The porch is a magical place to sit. If those are your two priorities you will be very pleased with this rental. The owners are helpful and respond to any messages quickly. There are some things to consider to make sure this rental is for you. First it is up a narrow road that climbs a bit and parking the car you must be confident to get it turned around on a tight road to enter the parking spot. Eleonara is wonderful and met us there our first time to show us where to park and explain everything. The kitchen does not have a microwave or dishwasher. We made a lot of food on the gas stove and hand washed dishes. There is a convection oven on the counter but it was faster to use a frying pan for us. As can be customary in Italy there is a washer but no clothes dryer so be prepared to dry your clothes outside on the line or bring enough clothes for your stay. All in all a wonderful week!

Had a lovely stay with Rental 12 in Olbia. Apartment was immaculate and very modern. Perfect location, we found parking in the free parking lot every night and it was just a short walk (<5 mins) from there to the apartment. Perfect location in Olbia, very near to all the bars, restaurants, and shops but also very quiet at night with no street noise. Floriana and Kristina provided very helpful instructions, in advanced, for every stage and even better local recommendations. When I had a question they replied within minutes (even late at night!). We loved our time in Olbia and look forward to staying with Rental 12 again!

Enjoy your stay in a small village, about 20 minutes from the airport. The house is part of a well-maintained real estate complex, small detached house with an exterior and a balcony, very beautiful views to the mountains and sea. The decor is not the most modern but it suited us. There are all the necessary amenities (it's just missing extra cutlery, not enough for 5). The house is in the immediate vicinity of the pool, not very busy for a month of August. There's also a bar and a small catering service, at very decent prices. The accommodation, although in the mountain, is very well placed for visits to the Costa Smeralda. We wished we could have stayed longer.
