L ospitalità di Ricardo è davvero una meraviglia, comunicativo, presente anche solo via messaggi, gentilissimo, accogliente, disponibile come se fossimo stati vecchi amici che tornavano a trovarlo!!! la casa è bellissima, come le facevano una volta, la posizione offre una vista unica su Genova, comodissima con la fermata dell autobus proprio di fronte,tutto super pulito, una gatta accogliente nello stesso modo speciale!!!!!Davvero una sorpresa ed un rilassante star bene!!!!

Ik heb een super fijne en mooie tijd in Genua gehad. Anna was super aardig en stond klaar met tips en adviezen. Kamer was echt zoals op de foto’s en genoeg privacy. Hele fijne plek om Genua te verkennen en toch de rust op te kunnen zoeken.

What a great stay. I wish I could have stayed longer. Domitilla was friendly and proactive, making check-in easy. The apartment is beautiful, and elegant. It feels like you are going back in time. The India bedroom I stayed in was spacious and lovely, though there is some traffic outside in the mornings. Closing the windows cut the noise down easily. Her space is beautifully decorated, and she gives you access to sit where you like, including the marvelous terrace where I ate and chatted with other guests at night. Although a little out of the center of town, the Genova Sampierderena station is close by, which gives you easy access to anywhere you want to go. Also, buses (1,18,20) stop nearby, taking you to the historical center easily. I like the convenience of being near a station. This is a great place to step back in time a little, and enjoy and beautiful space and city.

I loved this place! The room is spacious, full of light, and exquisitely decorated. Marcella provided me with a list of recommended restaurants, a city guide, and suggestions for the best places to visit. Breakfast was delicious, and she was flexible in adapting it to my preferences. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Genoa, close to all the iconic spots. I could easily return to my room after lunch to rest and freshen up before continuing to explore the city. Marcella, you are such a kind and warm host. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable. I definitely recommend this B&B, and I’ll be back for sure the next time I visit Genoa!

Wir waren fünf Nächte in der Unterkunft von Roberto und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer (Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad) waren sehr sauber und wurden sogar jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Villa hat einen wunderschönen Flair und liegt in einer ruhigen und idyllischen Gegend. Das süße Frühstück, welches in Form eines kleinen Buffets angeboten wurde, war sehr lecker. Es wurde jeden Tag Gebäck (welches variierte), Joghurt, Müsli, frisches Obst, Marmelade und Zopf aufgetischt und wir bekamen auch jeden Tag hausgemachten Kuchen, den uns Antonietta (die Frau von Roberto) serviert hat. Die Familie wohnt auch in der Unterkunft und war sehr nett und sympathisch und hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Sie gaben uns gute Tipps für Unternehmungen und ermöglichten uns, den im Ort liegenden Tennisplatz kostenlos nutzen zu können. Zusammengefasst haben wir uns bei Roberto und Antonietta sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auch jederzeit wieder kommen.

It was a wonderful stay in this lovely house in Genova. The apartment is exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and full of artistic touches in every corner. The owner, Rosy, made to us feel truly at home. She thoughtfully prepared breakfast, snacks, delicious puddings, and brought fresh fruits for us. We stayed with our 2-year-old son, and he also adored her! The hospitality and comfort were on the highest level — this has been the best place we’ve stayed so far. Thank you so much for everything!

Die Unterkunft von Francesca habe ich nun zum zweiten Mal gebucht, weil mir vor einem Jahr das Zimmer und die Lage gut gefallen haben. Bei Ankunft wurde ich von Simonetta freundlich empfangen, die im Auftrag von Francesca die Wohnung betreut. Das Zimmer war sauber gereinigt und ist gut eingerichtet inklusive einem kleinen Schreibtisch sowie einem Kühlschrank. Die Mitbewohner in den anderen Zimmern waren sehr freundlich. Das kleine Bad mit ihnen zu teilen war kein Problem. Die Unterkunft von Francesca ist zentral gelegen und mit der Seilbahn "St.Anna" sowie dem Lift "Magenta" trotz erhöhter Lage mühelos zu erreichen. Die Piazza "de Ferrari" ist in 10 Min. erreichbar. Zusammengefasst: Auch nach meiner zweiten Buchung kann ich die Unterkunft von Francesca empfehlen. Komme gerne ein drittes Mal...

Un departamento muy bonito, impecable, luminoso, y con una gran terraza. Ubicado en una zona residencial, pero muy cerca de un supermercado, de otros locales comerciales y de la parada del bus. El dormitorio y el baño amplios y cómodos. Todo tal como se muestra en las fotos. Pero una verdadera y grata sorpresa fue Antonella! Acogedora, simpática, disponible, comprensiva. Y su exquisito desayuno! El mejor y el más abundante que he recibido en Italia! Una linda experiencia, especialmente en el aspecto humano. Grazie e arrivederci, Antonella! ✈️😊
