The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, consisting of 2 bedrooms (possibility of making double or single beds depending on the needs of the customer), a bathroom, large living room and kitchen equipped for cooking. TV, (for those who request it, a washing machine is available from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. in our laundry room). To come to us, a car is recommended, to be independent, and to visit the Tuscan countryside. A tower with an independent entrance through a private loggia offering panoramic views. On the first floor, there is a living room and a small pantry area (it is not a full kitchen) to store food and prepare a light meal or coffee. Climbing one flight of stairs leads to the second floor, which features a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. Attached to the bedroom is the shower cabin and bathroom. Note that there are also three flights of stairs from the parking area to the accommodation.

At 50m the course offers a wide selection of typical restaurants and places to spend the after-dinner. A few minutes from the train station and the supermarket.Theapartment is located in the ztl, but there are free parking at 150mt and we also offer the possibility of a free permit for access and parking in ztl for the time of your stay.
