Holiday rentals with a patio in Pioneer Valley

This place is so cozy and peaceful! Great location, and the host really made us feel right at home. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Our stay couldn’t have been better. The listing matched reality perfectly—stairs and all—and the hosts stayed a step ahead with friendly, detailed messages and a useful house guide. The location is superb: an easy stroll to everything in North Adams and a great jumping-off point for exploring the Berkshires. The home itself was spotless, cozy, and wonderfully quiet. The hosts were extremely understanding of a minor issue (our fault) that occurred. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would gladly return.

Susan's place is exactly as advertised and more. Very comfortable and well-equipped space with nice extras - coffee, tea, snacks, firewood and a grill with grill spatula, etc. Quiet, country setting that is a great value compared to hotels in the area. Would recommend and stay again.

Bernard’s place was exactly as described! The place was spotless, comfortable and full of thoughtful amenities. The surroundings were beautiful. The location was just close enough to nearby towns and excellent hiking. Recommended.

Second time staying here, feels like home. Love the feel of the place. Walk to Dunkin for coffee and doughnuts in the morning while waiting for kiddo to get up. Centrally located with easy access to all the places we wanted to go. April is always nice and helpful.

Just spent an excellent week in Easthampton at the Gorgeous Getaway. It's a beautifully restored home and the space was thoughtfully outfitted and decorated so it was comfortable and tasteful, but not cluttered. The bathroom and kitchen were so very clean and had everything we needed. It has a full kitchen with tons of counter space and lots of extras. And we had to do some remote work during with the week and the office and fast wifi were perfect. And the location cannot be beat. We walked to restaurants, a small grocery store, and ice cream. And Martin, the host, was very responsive and sent an excellent recommendation for the absolute best bakery (Small Oven). And even though it was centrally located, the neighborhood was very quiet. Really wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful lake house! The home itself is lovely—spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a family getaway. The lake and boats were a big highlight for us, offering plenty of fun and relaxation. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. While there were a few small things that needed fixing, she addressed them right away and was very communicative, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience and a memorable holiday for our family. We’d definitely love to come back!

Every detail was thoughtfully designed, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing and fun getaway. The space was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. We truly had a great time and felt right at home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish and memorable escape!

We were three couples coming together for a college reunion in the area. The house fit our needs perfectly with plenty of space to relax and cook. The fireplace was a godsend during a May nor'easter. Victoria left detailed instructions and welcomed us with thoughtful touches like popcorn and local restaurant recommendations. We just can't recommend it enough if you're looking in the area. Our only regret was that we were unable to enjoy the outdoor fire pit given the weather.

I was planning on my proposal and wanted somewhere special. The window house was exactly that. Private, peaceful, super clean, amazing views and wildlife. Taylor and Marla were EXTREMELY good at communicating and getting back in a timely manner. If you and your significant other are looking to get away, this is the place. It’s sublime.

Had a wonderful time at Granite ledge. Absolutely beautiful backyard. Very peaceful and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and we slept like babies. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Pacers Pasture is on a quiet road giving it a cute country experience in a great small town. The space has an amazing unfenced yard which was great for the dogs. Easy access inside with key entry, and we loved the door entry being toward the back of house for added privacy. The house has very comfortable linens, tons of parking, and the hottest water ever - which was perfect after a cold day adventuring. Aaron provides toiletries, some nice kitchen basics likes spices and teas/coffee, fast wifi-TV streaming, and a cozy space perfect for relaxing. Bonus points for being tastefully decorated and not overly cluttered. Would stay again!

A Perfect Stay at Elisa's! Elisa's place was absolutely magical! Located in a charming yet convenient resort, this beautifully designed space instantly felt like home. Sunlight streams through the windows, illuminating tasteful décor that balances style and comfort. What truly stands out is Elisa's hospitality. Her communication was warm and helpful, and her local recommendations led us to hidden gems throughout the area. The spotless cleanliness and private garden oasis for morning coffee or evening drinks made everything perfect. This place represents exceptional value—not just accommodation but an experience connecting you to the local community.

Outstanding stay at Erin’s beautiful place. Immaculately clean. Perfectly remodeled with all high end fixtures and decorations. Plenty of accommodations in the condo. Very quiet in the summer. Facilities are top notch with indoor and outdoor pool. Grill and fire pit in the common area that you can reserve as well as gorgeous common area with games activities and a nice gym. Walk or ski to mount snow Sundance area. Can’t say enough and can’t wait to return. Thankyou for hosting.

Yulia's place was the perfect spot for a Memorial Day weekend getaway. Was even great for an infant! It was comfy and cozy! Loved the patisserie downstairs and the town. Highly recommend!

Ashley has a great place!! It was a fantastic place to visit with my friends and reminisce. Weirdly, this rental turns out to be the place my great grandparents lived and did business as my grandma grew up. I did not have any ghostly contact with my relatives in the apartment (I was kind of hoping and not hoping to see them 😂), but I still had such a meaningful time sitting in the spaces they did so many years ago. Ashley is an excellent host and I will come here again next time I “come home”. 😊

Christine was a great host. The condo was as described. The place was clean and well organized, very cute and cozy. Christine was very responsive and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.
