very nice place! we slept very well! comfortable, quiet, relaxing! we would stay there again!

Elisa’s place was perfect for what we needed. It was exactly like the photos inside, very cozy and welcoming! Elisa gave very clear directions to find the place and to park, although the parking lot ended up being very full and it could be difficult to find a space. We loved the place and if we ever came back would definitely stay again!

My family had a wonderful stay at Susan’s place! It was very clean, well stocked, spacious, and accurately described. My toddlers especially loved playing with the toy trains. There was also a welcome bottle of wine with cheese and crackers which was so thoughtful. The location was great and only a short walk to town. We were visiting for a college reunion and will definitely look to stay here on future trips.

This is so convenient and right in the heart of Amherst. We met in Amherst the first few weeks of college and went back to celebrate our 25 wedding anniversary. This apartment makes you feel like you are living in town and it gives you access to a great morning stroll to Amherst coffee and a pastry to grab a coffee a block away. It was very nice and also had a great easy key code situation. In addition, parking is easy and very plentiful. We also liked the way the apartment was so cozy. It was just the 2 of us this time, but we are already planning to come back with our kids (the apartment has a pull out sofa with a door that closes so allows the parents and kids privacy) as the bathroom is in the hall. It would also be great for parents visiting their kids at school and is a much cheaper option than the Boltwood Inn! I can’t say enough good things! We will certainly be back again and again! Very satisfied!!!

I enjoyed staying at Susan's place. It's very well appointed and had everything I needed and more. The location was excellent and within easy walking distance of downtown Northampton and the train station.

I got a great last minute deal on this place and am so so happy I stayed here! Fantastic location and truly such a lovely space. Felt right at home when I found our welcome gift of a bottle of wine, some cheese and crackers upon arrival! Thank you for having us Susan, we loved your home!

Karen was very responsive and great to work with!! The space was well kept and Karen was quick to check in and made sure we were settled in and taken care of.

House was in a great location for our families needs. Hosts were very helpful and addressed any needs and concerns we had almost immediately. Even with our rambunctious children and parking issues (not on hosts end) the hosts were polite throughout the stay.

Brian had a great place to rest my head while I was in town for a wedding. He was very communicative and had great instructions for check in. Left blankets and towels for me. The place is close to a neat little down town area. I wasnt there long so didnt see too much of the house, but I felt safe and everything about my experience was positive.

Fantastic location for nature and culture lovers. Lovely and very comfortable home, nicer than posted photos. Appreciated the care and details! Direct walking path to lake includes steep decline which may be a consideration. Awesome stay! Thank you

Lovely stay and such a beautiful historic home. The morning breakfast was amazing. My husband usually skips breakfast but even he ate half and loved it. Sarah was responsive and very helpful, everything is clear in the provided instructions and binder. I will definitely stay again when I’m in town.

Cathryn and Michael are the best. Cathryn was very understanding about my late arrival after the check-in time. Cathryn was up and welcomed me upon my late arrival. Cathryn and Michael are very welcoming and make you feel like their home is your home. I greatly admire how they are living sustainably and are local hero farmers. I will definitely stay with them again. Thanks again.

Found this little gem after refusing to pay $350 a night at the casino hotel. Location super easy to find. Felt super safe. On street parking right out front. The 3rd floor space is huge! Absolutely spotless, beds super comfortable with doors that locked for security, big open kitchen space. We enjoyed a bottle of wine before the hockey game. The bathroom was also just spotless. Super quiet location and the heat definitely kept us warm on a winter's night. An Uber ride to downtown was super affordable. Hope to return again and again. Thank you for a wonderful experience! One of the best I've stayed in ever!

We came as a group of friends with a baby to stay at Blake and Tracy's house, and we had a great stay. They were very communicative and accommodated all our requests to ensure our stay was excellent. They asked in advance if it would be okay for their child to stay in his room inside the house, and we agreed. We didn’t see him at all during our stay, and it didn’t disturb us in the slightest. The fact that Blake and Tracy live right next door was convenient, as they were readily available for anything we needed, but we never felt their presence. We will definitely come back!
