Beachfront holiday rentals in Piperi Beach

A wonderful oasis of a villa. So private yet close to the loveliest restaurant we ate at. Nice walk into Naoussa plenty of buses to hop on too. The outside space is generously furnished with stylish lounge furniture. Access to the sea is steps away plus your own sandy beach on which no one else seems to frequent. Plenty of fridge space comfy beds and hot showers just perfect. Our family of 8 just were wowed by this place. The hosts couldn’t be more friendly and helpful.

The place is very nice - white house with blue windows and pink flowers. The location was perfect to reach with our rental car (which we could park right outside the door) and between a variety of beautiful beaches within walking distance. From the bed as well as from the terrace you could see directly to the sea. Communication with Stella was very nice and easy. She welcomed us with a tray full of food. It was cleaned daily and even the towels were changed. The only negative point was the mosquitoes. A fly screen in the window would be useful.

The apartment was very beautiful and Maria was a very responsive host, messaging us as we arrived off the ferry to say we could check in early. The location is quiet and close to the beach yet only a short walk from the waterfront restaurants in town. Maria’s guide sent to us before our stay was useful with notes on the apartment and getting around. A fantastic stay, we would come back.

We felt right at home as soon as we got in. It was really quiet and peaceful. There was a nice little beach bar with a beautiful beach and an amazing pool. The host were really helpful and we never felt like we were bothering them. I recommend this Airbnb to everyone who wants a secluded stay not to far from Naoussa. We had an amazing time. We enjoyed our stay in the old town of Naxos, the location was perfect! The accommodation had everything we needed and a lovely courtyard seating area outside. The host was very flexible and responsive. Would recommend to couples!

Santa and Konstantinos are very nice hosts. We were very well received, and were entitled to very good recommendations. the accommodation is a stone's throw from the beaches and the cottage is very nice. i would recommend it without a second thought.

Wow. This place was incredible. Easily the best Airbnb we have ever been to. Pictures definitely do not do it justice for both the villa or the unbelievable views. Big and spacious with lots of patios and a pool with a view. Marina was very responsive and gave us lots of excellent recommendations for food and sites. Location is perfect. Steps from the best beach on the island, Plaka. Long soft sand. Lots of other beaches nearby. Only 20 minutes from must-see mountain villages Chalki and Filoti. 10 minutes from airport. 20 minutes from Chita and the port. The bus runs by the villa but easier to see things with a car rental. Marina recommended Motonaxos and they were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed for 3 nights, we wish that we could have stayed longer. Need at least 5 days to see the whole island and it would be an excellent base to see other close islands like Paros, Mykonos and Koufinisi. Highly, highly recommended. We hope to come back soon.

I stayed for two days with my family during my 15 day trip across 6 different Airbnbs, and without a doubt, this place stayed closest to my heart. While it may be simple and basic, there’s a beautiful human touch to everything here that made me feel completely at home. The host is incredibly warm, friendly, and always available something that made a real difference in the overall experience. The on-site restaurant is a hidden gem, especially if you enjoy seafood. We tried the Thai cuisine, and it was absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Magaya Beach Resort isn’t about luxury it’s about soul, sincerity, and the joy of slow travel. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, authentic stay in Paros.

We had an amazing stay at the Beach Suite Kastraki! The house is charming, well-equipped, and provided everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to bikes for exploring the beautiful surroundings. We loved starting our mornings with breakfast on the patio, watching breathtaking sunsets from the roof terrace, and unwinding in the jacuzzi pool after a day at the beach. The location is perfect, with the beach just steps away and great restaurants nearby. Angelika was incredibly attentive and made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth, enjoyable stay. We’d absolutely stay there again!

Wow, wow, wow! What a villa! Pure luxury. We stayed here at the end of September, as a party of 5. The villa is split into two separate parts, each with its own entrance, kitchen and two bedrooms (total of 4 bedrooms). The photos do not do this villa justice. The kitchens were so well stocked - eg bread, jams, eggs, cheese, beer, wine, cereal - I have never seen an AirBnB provide so much! The kitchen balcony view was beautiful: pool, beach, sea. Two bedrooms opened straight out onto the pool area. The pool was amazing - and was cleaned during our stay. The sandy beach was a 1 minute walk away, and was deserted. The sea was crystal clear. A cleaner cleaned the villa during our week's stay. The bathrooms were pure luxury, with plenty of toiletries provided - even pool shoes! Michalis was the perfect host - very friendly, responded quickly to message & offered to arrange transport. Naxos Town was only a 20 minute drive away. I cannot recommend this villa enough. Beautiful villa, well equipped, very nice terrace (outdoor kitchen, bbq, pool, etc.) , very well located (a few meters from Plaka beach), requires a vehicle to get around restaurants, shops, city, etc. Responsive and available hosts, impeccable cleanliness, easy and flexible check-in and checkout.

We returned to Aliki in Dimitris and Joanna's apartment. The experience was as great as last year! The apartment is beautiful and the proximity to the beautiful beach makes it unique. Joanna was always available from check-in to checkout, with great attention to our needs! We'll be back!

The villa was lovely especially having a private pool. The living and balcony areas were great for our group. A downside is that the villa is isolated especially walking to restaurants and the top floor bathroom is very difficult for elderly people. Other than that we loved it and the lady who came to clean was fantastic.

The apartment is beautifully situated right on the beach and was great for just having a quick swim. Inside the place is well set up and it was easy for us to use with our two small children. Sissy was a delightful host. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay, including giving us a load of local recommendations, buying a dinosaur tshirt for our two year old (which he adored) and driving to the port to return some forgortten headphones to us. I would highly recommend the place for your holiday!

Vasilis is truly the best Airbnb host I’ve ever had. He was extremely helpful with local recommendations, and even meet me at the Airbnb to introduce himself and let me in. I ended up getting a bad eye infection that landed me in the Naxos hospital, and Vasilis took me there himself out of pure kindness and even took me to pick up medication and helped me with all translation needed. I can’t thank him enough or recommend staying at his place. Best host, the place was amazing, great location and I’d come back to Naxos in a heartbeat because of all of this. Thank you Vasilis!

George has a great little spot for you right in the middle of Agios Prokopios. The location is perfect for beach access, and walking to the bakery and restaurants. The street parking is not a problem with a small car. A little market on the same block was all we needed for some simple provisions. George was a very kind host and made us feel welcome!

What a beautiful stay we had, we feel so lucky to have found this place, the view is just incredible and we had the beach all to ourselves. This was the ideal set up for an holiday with our toddler, close to the beach, quiet, some excellent taverna’s nearby. The Ocean view is just incredible, we enjoyed every sunset and meals on the terrace. The owners are so kind and did such nice extra details such as bringing us eggs from their chickens and treats for our daughter. A special place. We were glad we had a car to make the most of the quiet location.
