Cottage of about 50 m² in an old restored farmhouse. Completely renovated, it consists of a living room, an adjoining kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and a bedroom (bed in 140 cm). The cottage is adjacent to the main house and has a fully independent entrance. You can park your vehicle in front of or in the courtyard. Close to the golf course and the racecourse, the cottage, on a wooded area of 6000 m² is located between town and countryside 4km from the historic center of Montauban.

Recently refurbished, it offers pleasant comfort for a family of 4. Available: swimming pool, trampoline, portico and plancha. Breakfast available (€5 per person and served between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.) Charging station rate (11kW-Type 2): €0.30 per kWh. Booking must be made 24 hours before guests arrive.

You can walk freely in the garden, but it is a common area in which you may have to cross paths with the owners.
