Holiday rentals with beach access in Piraeus

Πολύ όμορφο, μοντέρνο και πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα. Πρόσβαση με τα πόδια στο Πασαλιμάνι αλλά και στο Δημοτικό θέατρο. Το σπίτι βρίσκετε σε κάθετο κεντρικού δρόμου που όμως είναι αδιέξοδο οπότε υπάρχει αρκετή ησυχία.

This was such a cute stay with a patio and view that's even better than the photos. Giannis is a super responsive and friendly host that will make you feel at home in the neighborhood with tons of recommendations and even a greek food glossary. Thank you!

Ev resimlerde göründüğü gibiydi, Temiz ve her ihtiyacinizi karşılayacak esyalar mevcuttu. Atina merkezine tranvay ve metro ile kolaylıkla gidebilirsiniz. Tranvay durağına yakın bir konumda. Ev sahibi ile iletişim çok kolay ve hızlıydı. Samimi ve yardım sever bir ev sahibi. Atinada konaklamayi düşünüyorsanız ailenizle bu evi gönül rahatlığıyla tutabilirsiniz. I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and very well-equipped. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made sure I had everything for a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

J’ai adoré cette petite maison sur le toit. La vue est superbe et le coin très tranquille. J’ai pu aller au port des traversiers à pieds(15 minutes), ainsi que prendre facilement le métro en 20 minutes (et marche de 15 minutes pour se rendre au métro le plus près, mais la marche le long du port de plaisance est très agréable! ) pour être au centre des lieux touristiques d’Athènes. Il y a une excellente pâtisserie « Attika » , à 2 coins de rue, qui nous rend la vie agréable. Ouverte 24h/24, vous y trouverez pâtisseries fraîches, sandwichs et yogourts aux fruits . Un excellent endroit pour un en cas lorsqu’on revient tard à l’appartement. Je recommande cet appartement. Je recommande l’endroit !

This apartment is a fantastic find. It’s beautifully decorated with a modern yet cozy aesthetic, and everything was impeccably clean upon arrival. The location is truly unbeatable. The host was wonderful — very responsive, friendly, and especially accommodating with personal requests, which made the stay even more enjoyable. It’s clear that they care about the guest experience and go the extra mile to ensure comfort and convenience. A couple of things to note: there is a construction site on the adjacent lot, and drilling usually starts around 8 a.m., which is disruptive. Additionally, the air conditioning unit in the bedroom is positioned directly above the bed. Even when adjusting the fan, it it was hard to avoid the direct airflow, which made it quite cold during the night.

I had to spend two nights at Themis place and it was an amazing stay. The location is phenomenal quiet safe and very polite neighbors, the apartment it self was stunning clean with everything you might need, needles to say the patio is in my opinion the best place of the appartment jacuzzi is fantastic to relax and decompress. The host was excellent I had to contact him a couple of times for advice and he was always quick to respond and more than willing to help. All and all this appartment is a must book if you are considering to stay in Athens. Highly recommended.

Such a beautiful Airbnb. Best part is the hot tub actually gets hot, not just lukewarm (which i’ve noticed a lot of other hot tubs in Greece are only lukewarm) so that was a plus. Very modern setup and the view was great. Unfortunately I was very sick during my stay, but Jeff and Katerina were so nice and responsive and even helped us get a taxi to the ER, and checked in on us throughout the day. Truly such great hospitality and we are so appreciative for all of the help that they provided for us. Any question we had they responded to us right away with such helpful advice. Thank you so much for everything ♥️♥️

beautiful home in a convenient location at the port very clean and very nice hosts. coffee shop with pastries within 3 minuite walk. street parking was convenient and easy to find a spot. the view from the balcony was great as well. nicely done guesthouse.

George's Garden House is perfectly located - 2 minutes from bus stop and 5 minutes from the beach. The house itself is perfect for 2 people (great AC). Just few improvements needed in the shower. George promptly responded to all our requests and was a great host. We would book with George again.

Das Apartment ist sehr schön, geräumig und absolut sauber – wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist modern und geschmackvoll, und auch die Lage war für unseren Aufenthalt ideal. Allerdings sollte in der Beschreibung deutlicher gemacht werden, dass die Schlafzimmer unterschiedlich groß sind. Eines der Schlafzimmer ist deutlich kleiner und hat keinen direkten Zugang zu einem eigenen Bad, was bei einer Belegung mit zwei Paaren zu einer eher unfairen Aufteilung führt.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Chris. Le logement est bien situé et bien aménagé. La terrasse et le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus. Chris a été disponible et réactif a nos demandes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

This was a beautiful place to stay! The area around feels safe and welcoming, and the hosts were absolutely amazing. They helped us with transportation within the city in the midst of a taxi strike, and gave great recommendations to places along with instructions. The place is very clean and comfy, we felt very at home and rested. We would love to visit them in Glyfada again!

Maria and Manolis place was wonderful. It is in an excellent location, 12 minutes from the airport. It is private , secluded and the actual property is an ecosystem dream , with many animals, plants and things to explore. Although we didn’t have time to do so ,I will upon my return. The apartment is filled with many convenience items and Manolis was very helpful with full explanations of everything on the property. They are both very friendly and excellent hosts! You must be appreciative and accepting of the nature that is on their property, including the wonderful chickens and roosters.😊

We had an awesome stay here! Lots of shops/restaurants within walking distance, and also close to the tram/metro/bus so it was easy to get into the heart of Athens. The private parking was amazing -- finding parking within Athens can be such a battle so it was wonderful to have a guaranteed (and gated!) spot for our rental. Also awesome to be able to do laundry in the middle of our trip. This house is exactly as described and very comfortable. Amazing stay, we'll be back for sure!

The place was clean and Panos was very responsive with clear instructions on how to access the place. It was perfect for our one night stay in Athens, and its even better in person than the photos. Air-conditioning and an elevator were a plus as well. You are in the middle of a city so bring earplugs and an eye mask if you like it dark at night (blackout curtains only go halfway on the windows), but overall this is a great Airbnb for Athens.

INCROYABLE ! Ce logement est tout simplement incroyable. Je n'ai jamais eu ça dans les nombreux Airbnb ou je suis allée. Pleins d attentions à notre arrivée et une communication avec Dionysis parfaite. Un balcon très bien aménagé où il est agréable de s y poser et un emplacement dans un quartier très mignon et proche de la mer. Je recommande ce logement x1000.

Kostantino was extremely helpful! He helped us everytime we asked to, fast and friendly. The place was homey, and the location is perfect! There is a bus station, metro station, tram station and grocery stores.

Great place to stay to combine a visit of the sights of Athens with pleasant beach and promenade walks. Despite it being densely populated with heavy traffic, the apartment was quiet, spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The walks along the waterfront (promenade and beach) were enjoyable! Alexandria did a wonderful job greeting us and explaining everything about the property! Thank you Tony, Syefanie and Alexandria!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Nektarios. L’appartement est très propre et bien agencé . La climatisation dans toutes les pièces est très utile par fortes chaleurs . L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter facilement Athènes sans être en plein centre ! Nektarios a été très attentif à nos besoins et très réactif , même si nous n’avons pas pu le voir en personne. Le seul bémol peut être le bruit du boulevard qui est très fréquenté, mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de dormir ! Nous recommandons.

Kostas is a great host, friendly and helpful. We had a great time during our stay, an amazing apartment with a great view, and a big balcony for cosy mornings and late nights. Great cosy place, feels like home. In a great location, whether you have your car, there are places to park around, also if you are on foot, the Metro station is nearby to move around. The place was very clean and exactly as described. I heard from friends that the area was a bit shady but I was pleasantly surprised by the restaurants and bars nearby. Customer service overall was very good all over Athens. The only downside I would say about the place was the mattress which felt a bit worn out especially on one side. Other than that I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for an affordable place in a convenient location!
