Supermarkets and restaurants can also be reached quickly by car. A bus stop to the city center or Graz is within walking distance.

The 70m² big house is located at a bike path and hiking path and it´s the perfect place to enjoy your vacation with up to 5 people. For the athletics is the horse farm next door the perfect place to ride with fun through the beautiful landscapes of the vulcan-land and to be in harmony with the natur and the animals.

You can also use our orchard and adjacent forests for relaxing walks or enjoy a day of swimming at the nearby lakes or thermal baths.

From this centrally located place, you can reach all the important places in southern and eastern Styria, Graz and Slovenia in about 20 minutes by car. A safe playground with a swing, sandbox, pedal vehicles and much more awaits the little guests for a carefree time away from the hustle and bustle and noise. Cyclists have direct access to the bike path network. Relaxing forest walks directly from the house let your soul breathe.

Sit back and relax in this stylish and modern accommodation in a quiet location in the volcanic region. Or enjoy long evenings on the jetty and cool off in your own bathing pond.
