A beautiful, spacious, comfortable, brand new villa, in great location where, surrounded by an olive grove you get the absolute sense of Crete. The location of “Theseus” villa and also it’s pair villa “Ariadne” offers privacy and serenity while at the same time being very close (5 minutes drive - 10 minutes on foot) to the marvelous beach and several restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy etc. The owner Ms Apostolia, was extremely welcoming and kind and helped with everything we needed. The lounging options at the house were amazing: the surprisingly big pool, the garden, the upstairs terrace with the breathtaking view at the olive trees and the sea, the downstairs terrace, the living room, the facilities.Everything of great taste and comfort. Overall I would more than recommend to my friends!!!

Przestronny, wygodny dom z ogrodem. Dobrze wyposażony, zwłaszcza kuchnia. Odpowiednia ilość garnków, patelni, talerzy sprawia, że jeśli chcesz ugotować to nie stanowi to żadnego problemu. Okolica spokojna, dojście na plażę w 5-10 minut spokojnego spaceru. Plaża pusta (połowa września), drzewa dające cień. Drobne kamienie i piasek, ale można spokojnie znaleźć miejsce na rozłożenie ręcznika. W okolicy są sklepy, najbliższa Synka (świetne stoisko z rybami!) 15 minut na piechotę. Samochód może niekonieczny, ale na pewno wygodniej. Dobry kontakt z gospodynią, warto skorzystać z jej wskazówek. Serdecznie polecamy, spędziliśmy wspaniały tydzień.

It was a great stay - the place was very clean and beautifully decorated with all the amenities needed. The Owner is very responsive and gives clear instructions about how to get to the property. I would highly recommend this place to everyone and wish we could stay there longer :) thank you Luz Mila!

Very cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful scenes. Friendly hosts and flexible check in and out timings. They provided essentials for our first day, nice home made cake and a bottle of extra virgin olive oil. Prompt response to our requests. The villa is really amazing and made our holiday this summer one of our best ever holidays. Will come back soon.

Michael was waiting for us upon check-in. He was very responsive and even let us check out a little bit later than we had to. He responded all our questions and we did not have a problem at his property. Everything was as pictured the location is walkable to the nearest town, the beach is very close by and it’s a beautiful beach with a great restaurant. It was a perfect location for us since we did have our own car and we traveled all around. We always felt we were within half an hour to an hour and a half to everything we wanted to do. It was a perfect location. We loved it. We were super comfortable. The bed was super comfortable. We had a great night rest.

Maria is enorm vriendelijk en gastvrij. Geen verzoek te veel en alles was super schoon. Het verblijf was geweldig het zonne terras wat een uitzicht. Het zwembad is een paar passen lopen en je neemt een frisse duik het is zeer netjes en genoeg ligbedjes voor Iedereeen. Kortom je voelt je er thuis komt op rust en vertier mooie restaurants en strand liggen om de hoek zeer goed beloopbaar ook op flipflops

Wir wurden sehr freundliche von den Eltern begrüßt. Haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern. Ausblick auf Olivenbäume. Meer in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Man kann durch eine schöne Hotelanlage gehen. Hier darf man den Pool mitnutzen und sehr lecker essen zu einem guten Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Wir waren von hier in Chania a Pharlasana Strabd und am Elafonissi Strand. Der Strand vor Ort ist auch sehr schön. Sand und Steine.

Täydellinen villa – jokainen yksityiskohta viimeisen päälle mietitty! Tämä villa oli ehdottomasti yksi parhaista majoituksista, joissa olemme koskaan yöpyneet – ellei jopa paras! Villa on käytännössä juuri valmistunut, ja sen huomaa: kaikki on uudenveroista, tyylikästä ja siistiä. Sisustuksessa on panostettu laatuun ja viihtyvyyteen, ja varustetaso on suorastaan uskomaton. Täällä oli kaikki, mitä voi kuvitella tarvitsevansa – ja vielä enemmän. Keittiöstä löytyi jokainen mahdollinen väline ja mauste, kylpyhuoneesta tarvikkeita aina laastareihin asti, ja ajanvietettäkin oli tarjolla pelikorteista bluetooth-kaiuttimeen. Tällaista huomaavaisuutta ei näe usein. Meille jäi tunne, että vieraiden viihtyvyys on todella otettu sydämen asiaksi. Kaikki oli kohdallaan: rauhallinen sijainti, toimiva ilmastointi, mukavat sängyt, upea allasalue – ei mitään moitittavaa. Voimme suositella tätä villaa vilpittömästi aivan jokaiselle. Ps. Parkkipaikka tiukka, mutta kadulla paljon ilmaista parkkitilaa.
