Asuntoa voit hyvin käyttää tukikohtana esim.Tampereen tapahtumien aikaan, sillä huoneistolta on kävelymatka (n.10min) Tampereen Messu- ja Urheilukeskukselle. Bussit numero 30 ja 32 Tampereen keskustaan kulkevat vierestä, ja matka-aika on n.15min. Huoneistolla käytössään oma uloskäynti ja rappu, ja siten oma rauha. Maksuton autopaikka löytyy pihasta. Isäntäperhe asuu rakennuksessa.

There is no kitchen but the apartment is equipped for making coffee/tea, preparing breakfast and heating up food. If you stay longer, we can have a stove installed for your convenience. A peaceful location on 7th floor. Well suited for remote working and studying.
