Unique apartment right next to the city center!

Unique apartment in old wooden house right next to the city center! There is a 15min walk to the railway station and to the city center. 2km from the Särkänniemi amusement park! Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and very atmospheric sauna! Cozy living room is equipped with 65" smart-TV (free guest Netflix!). This is our home and we rent it when we are away. We do have a cat and a dog so if you are highly allergic this is not a place for you! There are steep stairs to the downstairs.

The living room features a comfortable beige sofa adjacent to a coffee table adorned with a small potted plant. A large television is positioned on a white media unit, while sliding glass doors provide access to a balcony, framed by sheer curtains.

The apartment has high-quality materials and equipment, fast Wi-Fi and 65" TV with Netflix, as well as a large balcony with park view. This place is good for business travel or for relaxing break from everyday life.

Great location in the heart of Tampere! Just 50 meters from the main entrance of the new Nokia Arena, 100 meters from train and bus station. All services and attractions, all the restaurants, cafes, night clubs, shopping centers and boutiques just few steps away. The apartment is new, the house has been built in 2022. In the apartment is king size bed, sofa bed for two people, spacious bathroom, nice and compact kitchen area. Table for dining and also laptop friendly working space.

Everything you need is close by, e.g. Veska shopping center, Citymarket and Prisma 24/7, Lidl, Sale. Tampere city center approx. 6 km, airport approx. 11 km, Exhibition and Sports Center in the backyard, Nokia Arena 4.5 km, Härmälänranta approx. 1 km. Note: The apartment is located on Toivonkuja. The windowless bedroom has 2 single beds and a bunk bed. In the living room has a double sofa bed. It is possible to have a baby cot.
