Charmig stuga i allmogestil, i Sandnäset 700 m från Luleälven. Stugan har tre rum, sovrum med två sängar,allrum och ett litet men funktionellt kök. Liten men trivsam altan under tak finns med plats för bord och 2-3 stolar. Intill altanen finns dusch och wc.Du har stugan för dig själv! Badstrand finns på Sandnäsudden (ca 1 km). The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Smaller boat is included in the price. There is a possibility to rent 2 snowmo. All cottages are heated in wintertime. Municipal water Wifi 4G

Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)

Arkitektritat skärgårdshus på liten ö i Piteå

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Beroende på årstid sker överfart till ön med liten båt som ingår i hyran. Vintertid ordnar vi shuttle service med snöskoter. Ön ligger nära centrala Piteå (6 km) och endast 400 meter från fastlandet. Spabadet håller 38 grader året om. Vedeldad bastu finns på tomten. Här njuter ni av den norrländska naturen. Midnattssolen på sommaren och norrskenet på vintern. Transfer till och från Luleå AirPort kan vi oftast ordna mot pristillägg.

About 15 minutes from the center of Luleå, about 15 minutes from Luleå airport by car. The house works both summer and winter. You can experience the northern lights in the winter and midnight sun in the summer. High standard, outdoor furniture, fully equipped for self-catering, Wifi, smart TVs , dishwasher , washing machine.

Newly built farm house by the sea and beach with proximity to nature and the fireplace on the beach, use free equipment for cross-country skiing, kick-skating and ice fishing at the cottage. There is an ice road suitable for walking, cross-country skating and kick-skating. Forest paths for walking and picking berries, bathing jetty and sandy beach for swimming. Free access to bicycles, small boat and fishing equipment. Minimum 4 nights for booking unless otherwise agreed.

Mysigt boende med sjöutsikt i naturskönt område . Huset är delvis nyrenoverat 2020. På nedre plan finns ett stort vardagsrum, kök, stort badrum samt en liten toalett. På övre plan finns två sovrum med 6 sovplatser. - Tillgång till bastu finns i ett intilliggande hus, inklusive dusch och toalett. I huset finns också en bäddsoffa som rymmer två gäster. - Badstrand i närheten. - Närmaste matvarubutik finns i Bygdsiljum, 8 km bort - Närhet till slalombacke, 8 km.

Drömboende vid vattnet

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende i en fantastisk miljö. Här finns allt du behöver för ett bra boende för fyra personer. Bara 20 meter från Piteå Älv. På tomten finns en privat sandstrand för härliga bad. Det finns också möjlighet att låna bastun som ligger precis vid vattnet. Stugan är modern och nyrenoverad. Endast 10 minuter till Centrala Piteå. Nära affär och friluftsliv. Inga husdjur, rökning ej tillåtet. Slappna av och låt pulsen gå ned på Solberga!

A cozy house for 2 people in a quet and still place in Norrbotten and located 20 minutes from the city of Luleå with car. Excellent location if you like to spend your time near the nature. In the winter you can experinece the ice on the sea, walk, ski, kick or go with a scooter. In the summer time you can visit small beaches or walk in the wood and when its season you can find berries. This house has its own entrance and the kitchen has a fireplase.
