Holiday rentals with a patio in Pittulongu

Hier fühlt man sich sofort wohl und wie zuhause! Wirklich eine total geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit einem wunderschönen Balkon mit Blick auf‘s Meer und genug Platz, um zu frühstücken und Wäsche aufzuhängen. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und fußläufig zum Hafen und Strand gelegen. Es gibt sogar zwei Fernseher mit eigenem Netflix-Account, den man kostenfrei nutzen kann. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt - sogar eine neue Flasche mit gutem Olivenöl war vorhanden. Das Bett ist 1,40m groß, was für unseren Geschmack etwas breiter sein dürfte, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Wir waren enorm dankbar für die Moskitonetze an allen Fenstern sowie den Abdunklungsmöglichkeiten im Schlafzimmer. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und konnten Michaela jederzeit bei Fragen schnell erreichen. Wir werden die Wohnung definitiv an Freunde und Familie weiterempfehlen! Piękny apartament i świetna baza wypadowa! Ogromnym atutem mieszkania był widok z dachu na morze i okolicę, a także klimatyzacja, niedaleka odległość do plaż, morza i sklepu. W pobliżu były także dostępne darmowe parkingi. Duke i Luigi są świetnymi i pozytywnymi ludźmi, dostaliśmy od nich bardzo dobre rekomendacje oraz zostaliśmy miło ugoszczeni :) Bardzo polecam i pozdrawiam Duke i Luigi :)

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Cristianos Unterkunft. Alles lief reibungslos. Top Lage, schöne Unterkunft zu einem absolut fairen Preis. Wir werden wieder kommen :)

The place was clean, quiet, peaceful. It’s a bit difficult to find. The road that leads to the apartment is very bumpy, and you’re not sure if you’re on the right road. But it’s a wonderful place.Andrea and Anna are wonderful hosts. They answered my text timely and always to the point, thank you Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking forward peace, quiet and relaxations. We’re enjoyed very much ❤️❤️

Sehr großzügige und schön geschnittene Wohnung. Die Unterkunft ist hell, modern und man genießt eine wundervolle Aussicht. Angela war nicht nur sehr freundlich, sie hat uns auch sehr schnell geantwortet und sich sofort um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Herzlichen Dank dafür!

Our stay with Daniela was absolutely amazing. Her communication is fantastic! The villa was better than what we expected. Spectacular views, the decor, and huge closets. Everything was super clean. The stay is something that will forever be remembered. She helped us with some of our issues and actually saved our trip when we had some problems. I cannot explain how fantastic this stay was. We will be back. If you are reading this just book. The price for what you get is truely worth it. The best Airbnb host we have ever had!

We really enjoyed our stay at Serena’s. She is a lovely host, really helpful and she gives great recommandations. Everything was perfect ! We would gladly stay here again.

We stayed here in the Easter holidays with our son (2,5 years old). Very cosy and well equipped accomodation! There was a babybed and -seat for our son and plenty of room to play outside on the terrace. Location is absolutely stunning and enough to do in the surroundings. Would definitely recommend!

Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern und wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Marcos Unterkunft. Der Garten ist paradiesisch und die Unterkunft sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 5 min erreichbar. Wir waren dort Anfang Mai die einzigen. Sara, die uns Vorort empfing ist sehr herzlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Marco ist ebenfalls gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! Tutto perfetto!

We loved our stay at Mirella’s place! The house is spacious and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. We traveled by car around Sardinia, and the location was easy to reach. Set on a hilltop, the home offers stunning sunsets, peaceful bird songs, and a perfect setting to reconnect with nature.

We hebben een fantastische week gehad in Baia Sardinia. Het huis was meer dan compleet, geweldige buitenruimte, sfeervol interieur, goede parkeergelegenheid en op loopafstand van een klein mooi strandje

Francesca’s home in Cala Suaracchia exceeded all expectations! The house is well equipped and spacious, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. There is so much to do in the local area too- multiple different boat tours (dolphin tours too!!), boat hires, sea kayaking, and other activities are on offer from the beach just below the house, and free use of a swimming pool a short walk away. Plenty of places to explore in the nearby area, and lots of amazing snorkelling spots! Francesca responded quickly to any queries we had before and during our stay, and the local staff were friendly and helpful during our check-in and check-out. Thank you for helping us have the holiday of a lifetime- we only wish we could have stayed for longer!

Die Unterkunft von Marco hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Schon im Vorfeld wurden wir herzlich von Christine, seiner Verwalterin, betreut – mit viel Engagement, tollen Tipps und schneller Kommunikation. Wir durften u.a. früher einchecken, haben Empfehlungen bekommen und eine genaue Wegbeschreibung zur Unterkunft erhalten. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und hat uns gut gefallen – besonders gefreut haben wir uns über den bereitgestellten Wein und das Wasser zur Begrüßung - eine schöne Geste! Die Lage ist top: Strand, Restaurants, Supermarkt und Eisdielen sind fußläufig erreichbar – das Auto konnten wir oft stehen lassen. In Hafennähe muss man mit ein paar Mücken rechnen, was uns aber kaum gestört hat. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an Christine, die immer schnell, freundlich und herzlich geantwortet hat – das ist nicht selbstverständlich! Man merkt, dass hier der Mensch im Mittelpunkt steht. 🙏🏻

Das Haus ist perfekt. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Alles da bis hin zur Waschmaschine. Wir waren vier Erwachsene und es war genau richtig mit den zwei Bädern. Im Wohnbereich befindet sich eine Couch auf der noch evtl. zwei Personen schlafen könnten. Der Pool ist ein Salzwasserpool von welchem wir richtig begeistert waren. Der Pool / Terrasse hat eine super Lage immer Sonne vorhanden und man kann von hieraus gemütlich den Sunset bei einem Wein genießen. Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten sind genügend vorhanden. Ich möchte noch einen ganz besonderen Dank an die Gastgeber Carlo und seine Frau Anna aussprechen für den sehr netten Kontakt und die Begrüßung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Amazing! We picked this location mainly because of the outdoor space with the available view. We loved this place so to the amazing tranquility, available amenities and homelike feel we had while here. It is definitely a place where a car is needed, a private parking spot was provided, but the neighborhood is walkable as long as hills are not an issue. Martina was very friendly and very much available for every update. The house is well appointed, and the internet works great!! You will not be disappointed in Porto San Paolo (unless you’re looking for booming city life), as much as I’d like to keep it our little secret, you must check it out!!

We had a wonderful stay here. The property is private & secluded yet still within good distance of the town and the beautiful beaches. Mirella very kindly provided sun loungers specially after I enquired! We felt very comfortable during our stay, the kitchen was very well equipped and the shaded terrace had beautiful views out to the port. We would highly recommend. Oh and the hot tub was a nice addition too!

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft super wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Es fehlte an nichts. Fabio antwortet schnell und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Vorgarten und Garten sind eingezäunt. Der Strand in der Nähe der Unterkunft ist superschön, ruhig und auch geeignet für Kleinkinder. Unser Sohn hat es geliebt, mit dem kostenlosen Shuttle dort hinunter zu fahren - ein echtes Highlight für Kinder. Im Restaurant der Anlage können Croissants, Kaffee und Getränke morgens gekauft werden. Es gibt auch ein paar herzhafte Snacks. Pizza, Pasta etc. sind dann mittags und abends ab 18 Uhr verfügbar. Das Restaurant hat einen Tag nach unserer Ankunft allerdings komplett geschlossen. Dann ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen, was wir aber wussten und okay für uns war. In Murta Maria gibt es aber weitere Restaurants (mit dem Auto in 6 Minuten erreichbar) und auch einen Supermarkt etc. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, grundsätzlich aber auch ein nettes Angebot - für Kleinkinder eher ungeeignet.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer wunderschönen Gegend. Die Ausstattung war super. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir fanden es sehr schön, dass zahlreiche Spiele für die Kinder vorhanden waren. So kam auch an Regentagen keine Langeweile auf.

Der Blick von der Terrasse auf die Bucht von Olbia ist traumhaft. Die Vermieter-Familie war super herzlich. Wir bekamen Obst und Gebäck geschenkt, Holzkohle für den Grill war vorhanden. Es gab ein den Bädern nicht nur Klopapier, es war sogar Zahnpasta vorhanden. Wenn man ein Auto hat ist diese Unterkunft eine klare Empfehlung.

Maddalena’s place was absolutely perfect!! The house is beautiful, perfectly cleaned, modern, and the host was so kind. Present at check in, dropped off pastries, answered messages within minutes of we had any questions. The location is perfect too - walkable to amazing restaurants (we really like Retro), grocery, a bar.

Hemos tenido una estadía genial en el alojamiento! La zona era muy tranquila, ideal para descansar y a tan solo menos de 10 minutos en auto del centro y los restaurantes. El departamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos, muy amplio y estaba impecable. Las vistas desde el balcón nos han encantado! Destacamos la limpieza y lo bien equipado que estaba, incluyendo una sombrilla de sol que fue ideal para nuestras visitas en la playa. María Grazia nos recibió muy amablemente y ha sido muy gentil con nosotros en todo momento. Destacamos que nos haya permitido realizar el check out dos horas más tarde de lo establecido. Definitivamente recomendamos este alojamiento!

Uitstekend en erg goed uitgerust appartement met een mooie veranda en tuin (privé). Simona heeft ons vriendelijk wegwijs gemaakt en alles uitgelegd. Zeer goed uitgeruste keuken. Bedbank slaapt prima. Strand, haven en dorp op loopafstand. Ook andere leuke plaatsen dichtbij. Kortom uitstekende plek om een aangenaam verblijf te hebben!

Ottimo appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort. Arredato benissimo e con ottimo gusto. La posizione è perfetta ed è subito collegato a tutti i luoghi di interesse e prima necessità. Eva si è dimostrata da subito presente in ogni momento curando tutti gli aspetti che servono per offrire un servizio che si è dimostrato eccellente. Consiglio a tutti questa soluzione in Olbia.
