Guests have access to 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchenette, and a garden. Parking space. The other rooms will be locked and CANNOT be used. Near the house, there is a bus stop for line 4 to/from Olbia, and the roads to Golfo Aranci and the Costa Smeralda can be reached in 10–15 and 25–30 minutes by car, respectively. Easily accessible, Porto San Paolo is 15 km from the port of Olbia and 12 km from Costa Smeralda Airport. My place is a small designer retreat, designed exclusively for couples. The apartment offers an intimate atmosphere and is cared for in every detail. Close to the most beautiful beaches in the area and just a few minutes from the square where you can take the ferry service to the island of Tavolara. There are supermarkets, restaurants, a bank, a laundry room, and shops of various kinds in the immediate vicinity.
