Stone house with terrace, garden and sea view

It is an approx. 300 year old stone house, lovingly restored with thick natural stone walls and wooden floors. The whole house is open floor, i.e. between the floors there are only stairs, no doors. In the garden are orange, lemon, pomegranate and almond tree and another seating area. On the large terrace is a brick barbecue. From the parking lot to the house about 150 m. Matan's cottage

Our little cottage is situated in an olive grove in Ivan Dolac. It is a cosy little studio apartment for two people who look for little peace and quiet. The beach is 200 metres away and bars, restaurants and market are 500 metres from our little house.
