The villa is a beautiful property located about twenty meters from the sea and a hundred meters from the ferry that travels from Split to Jelsa, situated in the very center of Jelsa in the pedestrian zone, close to all the most interesting spots. It has 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a summer kitchen by the pool, and a terrace with a panoramic view of the entire bay.

It is an approx. 300 year old stone house, lovingly restored with thick natural stone walls and wooden floors. The whole house is open floor, i.e. between the floors there are only stairs, no doors.
