Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

Elegante cascina immersa nelle colline del Monferrato. L'alloggio indipendente, ricavato dal fienile, è completo di saletta da pranzo, comodo bagno ed ampia e luminosa camera con letto matrimoniale e letto da una piazza e mezza ideale per una coppia, famiglia o gruppo di amici, sino a 3/4 persone. Dalla camera si potrà godere di una vista panoramica incantevole, così come dalla grande terrazza dove serviamo la colazione su richiesta nel weekend. A disposizione anche gli spazi esterni relax.
