This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.

Small paradise in the middle of Mallorca

El Niu (¨the little nest¨ in Mallorquin) is embedded in the greenery between ALGAIDA and RANDA, like a small nest. BOOKING POSSIBLE FOR AUTUMN AND WINTER as there is a nice new PELLET OVEN. You can relax, enjoy togetherness, sun yourself and read in peace, or fan out in all directions to explore the island. Palma and the nearest sea access are approx. 30 minutes away by car. But you will actually not want to leave NIU at all, because it is so cozy.

The finca in Son Prohens offers pure relaxation! It is nestled in rolling hills with views of the mountain San Salvador, a house in nature, but also not too secluded. Porto Colom and Felanitx are close. Very high quality equipment in every detail. Two terraces for evenings together and sunsets. Swim spa and sundeck outside accessible from the terrace by stairs. Wonderful beaches, such as the natural beach Es Trenc, are within easy reach.
