Beachfront holiday rentals in Plage de Carataggio

It was a privilege to stay in one of the historical buildings which are perched on the spectacular cliffs that make Bonifacio special. And Beatrice was the perfect host, responding at all times with great advice and assistance. She gave me both an early check-in and a late check-out and even dropped me off in time to catch my bus to Ajaccio. Memories are made eating fresh baguette, cheese and the most delicious fig confiture (bought at the local store) for breakfast on the terrace while enjoying the stupendous view and the seagulls gliding past. Sublime stay!

We loved the tranquility of the space, the owners were always kind and ready to help. The house is decorated in the neo-classic style, with parking and is in excellent condition, extremely clean and equipped with everything. Close to the house, two very beautiful beaches. The view is unobstructed, and at night you can usually observe the solar system. For a first visit to Corsica it is a good place to stay. The only problem, which we encountered but which has nothing to do with the rental, is the mosquitoes outside (perhaps it was a seasonal situation, but it is a bit annoying).

The location of the apartment is ideal. In the apartment itself, everything you need on vacation with the family is available.

We enjoyed the place very much, it was clean and as described. There is nothing missing and you can spend wonderful time on the terrace. The proximity to the small beach was particularly beautiful, it was fantastic!

Very nice place. The accommodation is typical with its stones. The amenities are perfect. It may be missing a few dishes which would allow you to use the dishwasher less often. But the site is beautiful!

An absolute dream! The accommodation is tastefully decorated in the Mediterranean style with great attention to detail – we felt comfortable from the first moment. We were particularly impressed by the two terraces, which offer perfect retreats at any time of the day. The equipment really leaves nothing to be desired - nothing is missing! The outdoor area is simply amazing: beautifully maintained with great flowers, grasses and loving details. A real highlight was the heated pool, which made the stay even more special. Wow! Sylvie's beautiful accommodation really deserves the name "Little Paradise." From the two terraces directly through the lovingly landscaped garden, the quiet beach can be reached in a minute on foot. The outdoor kitchen makes every restaurant visit unnecessary, because cooking in this environment is simply fun! After dining with a sea view, you can relax on the comfortable deck chairs with cushions and pillows. When the garden lights are still shining in the evening, the day can end perfectly. Thanks to Sylvie's tips, we made a wonderful excursion to the "3 Piscines Naturelles" on the Cavu River, which flows into the sea at the accommodation. We recommend the beautiful studio and Sylvie as a host!

this accommodation is a gem!!!! from waking up until sunset, a 180° view on one side, view of the mountain, on the other side, view of the sea! this setting directly calmed us, laid us down... The villa is in an impeccable state!!!! we will be happy to come back.... what to say about Cathy..... apart from the fact that she was available at all times to advise us on outings as well as delicious restaurants..... beaches, activities, shops (Cathy and her husband have 2 shops where you can also find gems), restaurants nearby... in short, the ideal place to spend an idyllic vacation thanks again!!!!

We had a great stay in this perfect house. Communication was friendly and professional - all questions and requests were immediately addressed. The house itself is a real highlight: the interior is tasteful, high-quality and thought out to the last detail – really outstanding. The kitchen is excellently equipped, all rooms are fully air-conditioned, the bedrooms are beautiful and very quiet. The outdoor area is extremely well maintained, designed with great attention to detail. The pool is huge and clean, the barbecue area beautifully integrated into the garden landscape. You can tell there's a lot of emphasis on quality and comfort. The location is also great: the beach and several good restaurants are within easy walking distance. A supermarket can be reached in about 10 minutes. The concierge service was always available and supported us in everything - great! We fully recommend the house!!

Very comfortable house inside a campsite with many amenities and a great restaurant. Beautiful view from the garden of the Gulf of Porto Vecchio, perfect for breakfasts, lunches and dinners with atmosphere. Great air conditioning and the possibility of doing bbq. Host always available. Highly recommended to visit the entire south of Corsica.

The home was lovely, even better than the photos with a stunning, unobstructed view over a vista of wild flowers and bushes to the sea. Although the home is technically an apartment, since it sits above another residence, we had total privacy and never once noticed the presence of the neighbor. We had the beautiful yard, deck, grill and pool completely to ourselves and felt as if we were in a stand-alone private villa perched on an isolated mountainside. Actually, the connection to another building was a plus, since there was an "epicerie" inside it, with fresh local produce, delicacies, and hand-delivered croissants and baguettes. The residence is within a short drive to some of the best beaches in Corsica, and many wonderful restaurants. And it's a short drive to Bonifacio and within easy striking distance of the vineyards of Sartene and Figari. To top it all off, Pascal is a superb and welcoming host, with plenty of recommendations to make the stay enjoyable.

Laurie's cottage is absolutely charming! I highly recommend staying here! She was a wonderful hostess!

We had a great time, house was beautiful, tastefully decorated and very comfortable, it had everything we needed. Perfect views of sunset and sunrise over the sea.

We stayed at this villa for a week and are delighted! The villa is well located, clean, spacious, quiet and close to Portovecchio. The hosts were very welcoming, and provided us with all the necessary equipment for our 2 year old child (bed, high chair and stroller). Thanks again, we already want to come back!

Fantastic house above the Palombaggia beach. We were seven people + dog as guests and felt very comfortable for 10 days. The co-host Thomas personally welcomed us at the meeting point, although it was already 10 pm and drove with us to the house. The house is equipped with everything you need. The terrace offers a great view over the bay of Palombaggia. The pool (salt water) was clean and well maintained. For us, everything was nearby that was necessary for a great vacation: beach within walking distance, diving base 10 minutes by car. Small supermarket 7 minutes by car, large supermarket 15 minutes by car. Beautiful bars and restaurants right on the beach. If I could wish for one more thing: mosquito screens in front of the windows. Unfortunately, these are not available. The rest: a dream!

We had a great week at Émeline's The house is perfect for a couple, but with the possibility of sleeping children. The house is very well furnished, clean, comfortable, close to the beach on foot, a beautiful terrace with a nice view, nothing was missing for a successful week's vacation! We'll be happy to go back!

We spent a very nice vacation at Virginie's! We were there with our electric car and were even able to charge it at her place. There is also a quick charging station at the Super U. The beach of Pinarellu is within walking distance with some nice beach restaurants. Clear recommendation!

We had a great time with the family. The accommodation is completely in line with the description and Juliette is welcoming and flexible. The accommodation is perfectly located, a few minutes' walk from the beach, a convenience store and great restaurants. I recommend it!!

The location was perfect for us. Very nice that you have three private terraces on three levels. On sunny days you can sit in the sun from 9 am.(in October) till it goes under behind the mountains. Great view from the upper terrace towards Santa Guilia bay. The house is tucked away between Mediterranean green. Very private and peaceful. Marie was very friendly and responsive.

Thanks again to Sophie for hosting us and for her kindness. The accommodation is perfect from a geographical point of view (center of Porto Vecchio 5/10 min by car) and the calm of the residence is very pleasant as well as its direct access to the sea. The accommodation is very well-equipped (air conditioning, very comfortable bedding, outdoor kitchen etc.) and the atmosphere is family-like which makes the stay extraordinary!! Second time I've come to this beautiful residence and I'll come back again and again! Go there without so much as a second thought, thank you Sophie!!

The extremely friendly, warm and helpful welcome as well as the support during my stay touched me very much – I did not expect that. You feel right at home. The host and everyone involved are very generous! The beach looks the same in April and May as in the photo – an extremely beautiful location. There is a box of pool noodles and other great things. I think children would also feel very comfortable here. I was there with my dog, and he also felt very comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful time at your placle!
