The apartment is on the 6th floor (with a lift) and very close to the beach. It has stunning sea views facing west allowing you to enjoy spectacular sunsets. It is situated in a quiet area with with a pub and restaurants at the end of the road. Close by there is also a grocer and a patisserie that make fresh croissants and can give you coffee. The 60 m2 apartment we are offering is located on the second floor. From the living room, you can admire the beach huts of Gouville-sur-Mer, from the bedroom, you have views of the dunes and the sea 50 m away. It benefits from a large balcony terrace. We thought about it and set it up to create a pleasant place for you and relaxing. Our accommodation is rated 3 stars by the Tourist Office.

Stunning Shabby chic home on the Cotentin coast, decorated to a high standard. The cottage is on the grounds of a large villa. It is in the centre of a very small village which has a bakery, small convenience shop, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach. This is a convenient location for the Mont St Michel and exploring the Brittany/Normandie border.
