La dune est protégée et préservée grâce aux conseils des anciens. La villa est divisée en 4 appartements indépendants. Les 2 appartements réservés à la location sont sur le côté droit (lorsqu’on est face à l’ocean) et ils ont été entièrement rénovés au printemps 2025, d’après les idées de Laura, adorable et sérieuse architecte d’intérieur.

The town center and its shops are 1.5 km away but 100 m away, across the street you will find Florian the market gardener and his good garden produce as well as regional products.
