Avel Mad is a small Breton house located in Loctudy, in Bigouden country, Southern Brittany. The beautiful Sables Blancs beach and coastal path are at the end of the street. The house is completely renovated with quality materials and carefully decorated. Facing south, it is bathed in light. Its enclosed garden allows you to enjoy the outdoors in complete privacy. Comfortable wooden house, 300 m from the beach

If you want to recharge your batteries and breathe in the sea air of Brittany, you will enjoy our 120 m² house that we have just finished. You will find all the comforts in summer and winter (pellet stove), a lot of calm and you can hear the sea which is very close: 300 m. With family or friends, you will find a day area well isolated from the night area. The garden is enclosed. It's a great spot for cycling or walking between Loctudy and Lesconil.

300 m from the sea, this renovated farmhouse offers you the calm of its inner courtyard and orchard. The whole property is fully fenced. On the ground floor you will find a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a living room with office area and fireplace as well as a bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a 160 bed, one bedroom with a 160 pull-out bed and a 90 bed, and also a mezzanine with sofa bed. Towels and bed linens are provided.

This house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a very quiet area 500 m from the nearest beach. The 500 m2 garden is surrounded by a hedge. The house (50 m2) consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom + toilet and a kitchen-living room. A large terrace overlooks the garden. The village center is a 5-minute drive away. Here you can find the main shops as well as a supermarket. Many nearby walks. Private parking. Dogs are not allowed.

Vacation home completely renovated in 2022, not attached, 300 meters from the sea in Loctudy in the Bigouden region. The house is ideal for having a good time with friends and family. In addition, in winter, a Scandinavian stove will warm you up after your long walks on the beach of Lesconil Sables Blancs, a 3-minute walk from the house! The GR 34 is 2 minutes from the house. You can enjoy high-speed internet with fiber optic!

We had a great time at Arnaud's who welcomed us in person and very kindly ...... The house is impeccable and comfortable..... with a large plot....... walking distance to a pleasant beach...... possibility to cycle along the coast and many local sightseeing opportunities..... really we can only recommend this rental and could come back with great pleasure.

Wow!! What a view! Brigitte's house is very comfortable, very nicely decorated and feet in the sand. We loved just having to open the door to go make sandcastles, walks on the beach or even go in search of shells and other treasures in the rocks at low tide. We were also lucky enough to get up with a splendid sunrise flaming over the sea. Brigitte is extremely responsive and welcoming! In short, we recommend it 100%!

We had a lovely family holiday in this spacious modern light and stylish home. The port, many restaurants, bakery and grocery are a few minutes walk in one direction and a sandy beach in the other. The warm pool was a great hit with the family, especially for less good weather days, while the beautiful garden and BBQ were great when the sun came out. We had a very comfortable stay. Thank you Cécile, for your kindness, your responsiveness to meet our expectations and your delicate attentions. The house offered all the comforts for an elderly person and for younger guests! Nothing was missing, even the tree had been put up for our stay for the Christmas holidays! We'll be back without hesitation. Happy New Year 2025!

We were very well received, very responsive host. We had a good weekend with the family, we were 4 adults and 2 children. The house is spacious, clean and has all the necessary amenities. It is located close to the beach, very easy to access, 2 min. We loved the garden with its large south-facing terrace. A great place that we recommend.
