The 60 m2 apartment is centrally located in the village of Seignosse, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac. All amenities are close by (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.). Cozy and functional studio, completely renovated, with heating for a stay even in winter. It has a sofa bed for two people and a mezzanine bed (child). Facing west, the apartment overlooks a green space and, in the distance, the dunes. ⚠️ Starting September 7, work will take place in the residence. Due to the possible noise nuisance and the impossibility of using the balcony, a 25% discount is applied for the duration of the work.
