Our week-long stay was lovely. The house is friendly and warm. The amenities offered are of good quality, we didn't want for anything. Our hosts were available throughout the week, attentive and caring. I highly recommend it for a lovely vacation in Marseille!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us as we were within walking distance of the national park, a short drive to the calanque, and a water taxi ride to downtown Marseille. Given the various activities were were interested in doing this was ideal. The host provided lots of suggestions, was super helpful in suggesting this to do, how to navigate transit to the various calanques, and was a huge help in making dinner reservations for us. The house was plenty large for 5 adults that we had and was very well stocked. The gated parking and safe neighborhood was very nice. The house is a short walk from local cafes, bakeries, and grocery stores which made resupplying very easy. One caveat is that if you're intention is to spend every day in downtown Marseille this might not be the best place for you. If you are looking for something a bit away from the bustle of the city that provides a variety of experiences of the area then it's a great location.

Beautiful hillside house with many charming terraces. Special mention of course for the roof top and its swimming pool offering a beautiful unobstructed view without any vis-à-vis. Do not be afraid of the lack of air conditioning, the natural ventilation resulting from the very design of the house perfectly replaces it. I recommend ++.

Great stay with friends in Philippe's house, in a very quiet place. Very well-equipped house, spacious and in excellent condition. Philippe was responsive and facilitating in terms of schedules.

Our group was three couples and we had a wonderful stay. The house was spacious and modern with everything we needed. It was a short walk down into the town centre of Cassis with its great restaurants and markets. Nicolas was very responsive and helpful if we had any queries. The views were spectacular and it was a peaceful relaxing stay. We didn't hire a car but walked to the Casino bus stop and took the shuttle bus to the train which was simple. This bus also takes you to the Padel sports centre. We would highly recommend it as a location to visit Cassis and the surrounding areas.

We had a great stay in Roger and his wife's studios. The location is ideal, the pool and garden are idyllic for resting in the city! Thank you very much for your welcome and your attentions on these two days, Roger is always present and even exceeds our expectations by remaining completely discreet and delicate during our stay.

Lovely place with an amazing fully stocked kitchen and a terrace for every angle of the sun. Our group had a fantastic time, and the top terrace's views are unrivalled. Please note it is quite a walk into cassis town down some pretty steep hills, but we used the local bus service which was cheap and regular.

Beautiful villa where we spent 3 perfect days! The spa is very nice, the rooms are spacious. Advantage of having 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets. The exterior is well maintained, and pleasant as well. Host Lionel was available and responsive throughout the stay!

Team seminar (15 people) that went wonderfully in Fanny's cottage, very accommodating and welcoming. The house is very nice, clean and well-equipped, with all possible activities (swimming pool, tennis, ping pong, petanque, hiking, etc.). We'd love to go back.

We had very nice days at the property. The outdoor area is incredible with the view and the green garden. Everything necessary is also available inside, we lacked nothing. We would come back.

This was honestly one of the most beautiful villas we have ever stayed in. It was a pleasure to cook in as everything was so well equipped! The outside area is so relaxing and the photos don’t do the view justice. The house was spotless and the big bath was amazing. This house deserves 6 stars! It was more beautiful and spacious than the photos even conveyed. The pool and the view are perfect. The kitchen was immaculate and very well stocked with everything we needed to cook at the house. The outdoor kitchen and dining space was gorgeous and we enjoyed grilling fish one night there. The walk to the grocery store is short and easy and the walk down the hill to the town is not bad at all. Pascal (the caretaker) gave us plenty of space, but he was very responsive when we needed anything, and it was nice to know he was around. The laundry room was lovely and we appreciated having indoor and outdoor clothes lines. Theses hosts seriously thought of everything. We never wanted to leave. Thank you! We hope to come back some day!

Second stay in this beautiful home and we are as happy as the first time. The house is large and well-equipped, shops available on foot and bus that takes you to the old port. Very responsive, attentive and caring host. I recommend it without hesitating.

An ideal villa for a weekend in Marseille. we loved the pool. The proximity of the metro makes the place absolutely perfect for getaways. near the Velodrome Stadium. Big recommendation!

Perfect house, exceptional host! We found the perfect house for our stay of a little over three weeks.
The house, magnificent and very recent, is ideally located in a quiet area of Carry-le-Rouet. The equipment is more than complete, everything we need is present. The house has three bathrooms, which is very rare. Particularly noteworthy are the excellent air conditioning and the beautiful swimming pool. There is even a charging station for electric cars! The sea is only a 10-minute walk away, and a few more steps will take you to the port and the restaurants located in the surrounding coves. Etienne is the perfect host, the best you can imagine: we were greeted very warmly, the handover of the keys and the explanations were impeccable, and he remained available and attentive throughout our stay. We'll be happy to go back. Another huge thank you to Etienne and his wife!

A great beautiful house with a beautiful large garden. Everything super neatly maintained. In the front space to park the car within the walled garden, with a lovely swimming pool and very nicely landscaped with two seats with umbrellas. Nice fish pond and beautiful plants. At the back plenty of space to eat outside with an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and even a pizza oven. Also with nice seats to relax in the sun or shade. Furthermore, a part of the garden with a large jeu de boule court all in the shade. From the house you can walk to the beach or boulevard in 10-15 minutes. Also in 10-15 minutes in the center of Marseille. Ideal.

This is truly a little slice of paradise! The views from the covered patio and primary bedroom are breathtaking. The location is wonderful, and easy to walk to a nice size grocery, several restaurant choices, and a nice boulangerie. Just beside the house is a wonderful path that goes beside the ocean and is perfect for a morning or evening walk. You can reach the port in Carry Le Rouet using this path (about a 30 minute walk) and find more restaurant choices. We stayed for a week and didn’t want to leave!!
