This little space was perfect for our stay. It was right between the main streets with all of the shopping and minutes from the beach. The room was perfect for my husband and I! Check in was seamless and the host was very responsive to questions and directions. They were extremely accommodating and provided everything we needed!

We stayed 3nights in Nice, and it was a great spot. The ducted AC broke down couple days before check-in , which we were offered free cancellation as well, however Radostina went above and beyond to make sure we are ok to stay. She purchased a mobile AC unit, added a couple of fans and welcomed us with some treats and champagne on top of giving us free parking. It was warm at times but we spent most our times away and there are automatic black out shutters to keep the sun and heat away. The unit was comfortable set up with everything you’d need. Large balcony, coffee machine, washing machine etc. The tram, petrol station and the water are just steps away. Easy connection to the train if you visiting other parts of the French Riviera as well. Would recommend to stay!

Appartment luxueux hyper centre,free parking

Excellent location for walking old Nice. Comfortable and large apartment. Driving to and parking at apartment is complex so next time I’d taxi/train and pick up rental downtown at end of my stay. Though description says “one bathroom for each of the bedrooms”, it does not mention that the bathrooms do not have a toilet … there is one separate toilet for the whole apartment. Huge thanks to Laure who managed our check-in and out very well. Late plane meant late arrival, and challenging car drive meant confused guests. Laure was patient and helpful, even walking us to the car park to explain the unique process. Really appreciated her.

I looked at a lot of hotel and Airbnb options before choosing this apartment. I am so happy we stayed here. Beautiful apartment. Very light, modern, clean and spacious. Excellent air conditioning (it was very hot when we were in Nice). Fantastic proximity to beach and old town. It was perfect.

What a wonderful 5 days we spent at Salvatore's apartment!!! The apartment is on the 4th floor but thankfully has an elevator which was a godsend for luggage & popping back and forth during the day. The apartment is spacious & airy with 3 balcony doors benefitting from all day long sunshine. Of course the real star is the balcony providing a 180 view of Promenade and sea. Enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of Rosé on balcony whilst watching the world go by was amazing. Modern furniture & soft furnishings throughout. Keys are picked up at a local agency shop. There was no talk of an earlier check in or ability to leave luggage (having arrived on an early morning flight) but this wasn't too much of a hassle for us.. Great location for Cours Saleya daily market ad well as hustle/bustle of the cobbler streets of the old town. We would highly recommend exploring restaurants/ bars just a little bit further away from Cours Salaya which is always jammed with tourists.
