This independent accommodation, classified as a 2-star furnished tourist accommodation, is located in the large wooded garden of the owners (charming couple). We live in Santa Lucia Park, a residential area of St Raphael. Our villa and this small house are in a large, quiet garden, 2 steps from the sea (3-minute walk). The setting is very pleasant, relaxing. It is not overlooked. Everything is done to have a 100% relaxing stay. Palm trees, turtles, cats, shade, sun, swimming pool (to share)...

Cet appartement comprend une chambre avec un lit 2 places + grand placard, un salon avec 1 canapé lit 2 places, une cuisine, une salle de bain (baignoire,douche,WC) La terrasse est équipée d’une grande table, chaises, bancs, chaises longues et d'un barbecue électrique. Située au cœur de la citée lacustre de Port Grimaud, agréable maison entièrement rénovée pouvant accueillir confortablement jusqu’à 5 personnes . Elle dispose de 2 chambres climatisées, (dont une chambre avec un lit simple et un lit double 140 ). Une navette bateau gratuite vous permet de rejoindre les plages ou la place du marché (Commerces et restaurants ) du 15/06 au 15/09. Séjour minimum de trois nuits. Le linge de maison (draps et serviettes) n’est pas fournis

A 2nd bathroom, living/dining room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen overlooking the outside of 100 m2 with a beautiful terrace where you can eat and sunbathe. 1 parking space inside the property will complete this accommodation. 1.2 km from the center and beach on foot If you do not want to do the cleaning (as indicated in the rules) you can opt for the cleaning option at €120 (only on request)

House with pool and 400 m from the beach

Located 400 meters from Les Issambres beach, by an almost pedestrian path, our house was renovated this winter. On a plot of 1000 m2, with its private swimming pool, it is located at the top of the plot which gives it absolute calm. It is fully equipped. You will spend a dream vacation in a charming house called La Petite. La Petite measures 60 m2 but it is very well laid out, especially since in summer in the south, we live outside.

Overlooking the garden of poets with stunning views of the Mediterranean and the Cap d'Antibes, this newly restored fisherman's house facing the sea is located close to the Provençal market, the Picasso museum and at the foot of the free commune of Safranier. House designed for 4 visitors, it has 2 bedrooms each with shower room. Upstairs, a bright living room with balcony flooded every morning by the sunrise over the sea.
