La villa 'Le Zéphyr' est une propriété familiale depuis 1900, reconstruite après la guerre en 1952. Nous accueillons des locataires depuis plus de 50 ans. La dune est protégée et préservée grâce aux conseils des anciens. La villa est divisée en 4 appartements indépendants. Les 2 appartements réservés à la location sont sur le côté droit (lorsqu’on est face à l’ocean) et ils ont été entièrement rénovés au printemps 2025, d’après les idées de Laura, adorable et sérieuse architecte d’intérieur.

Between forest and ocean

Access to the beach is via a small footbridge at the edge of the forest, the surf school is just at the end. Behind the building, the bike path can take you to the lake or the village. A 5-minute walk away you will find the pedestrian street with its restaurants, bars, shops, entertainment and delicious ice cream. It's a bright, cozy and calm apartment.
