Visit us in our newly renovated vacation home on the over 1000 m² property with directly adjacent stream, covered balcony and large garden area! The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

The lovingly furnished apartment is located in Sandhausen. It is located on the 3rd floor with a separate entrance and has 2 rooms with about 40 square meters, a well-equipped pantry kitchen, dining area, daylight bathroom with shower/toilet. The living room is air-conditioned. Cozy king size bed 160 x 200 m, wardrobe, TV (Telekom Magenta, prime video, Netflix), coffee machine, kettle, hair dryer, toiletries, Wi-Fi, use of carport. Very close to the Neckar, you can stay in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa overlooking a quiet garden area. The old town is about 20 minutes' walk. In addition to the bedroom, there is a kitchen and shower room, which you can use alone. On the same floor we have two work or guest rooms that we use mainly during the day. Breakfast can be prepared in the kitchen. Please do not cook large meals on the stove. Please open the window when cooking!!
