My houseboat is provided with all the luxury you might expect from a regular house with the extra benefits of a terrace with all day sun and airco in the bedroom. In summer we swim in the canal. The boat fits 2 adults and a child. Just 5 minutes walk from central station. No smoking inside and on the rooftop. No parties

Aan boord van ons zelf gebouwde woonschip hebben we in het ‘vooronder’ een gastenkamer gemaakt. Er is uitzicht op breed water, een overdekt eigen zitje buiten en als je wil, neem je zo een duik vanuit het appartement. De boot ligt in het Oostelijk Havengebied van Amsterdam, de stedenbouwkundig veel geroemde wijk vlakbij het centrum. Voel je welkom op deze mooie plek en ontdek onze mooie stad per fiets (bij de prijs inbegrepen) of wandel door onze mooie buurt. Alle voorzieningen zijn vlakbij.

Gebouwd in 1888 als "Haagsche Aak" is dit een van de oudste boten van Amsterdam en ligt in de Jordaan vlak bij het Anne Frank huis en het Centraal Station. Het schip heeft 5G internet, TV, centrale verwarming en gratis parkeerplek. U heeft het exclusieve gebruik. Buiten op het dek heeft men een prachtig uitzicht op de Keizersgracht en zijn er veel winkels en restaurants om de hoek.

The bedroom is located in the back of the appartment, overlooking the quiet green garden. You may start your day with a coffee in the sun on the bench in front of the house. The place is very comfortable and suits your needs visiting Amsterdam. Shops, musea, restaurants are within walking distance.

Our apartment is 3 minutes walk from the tram station called Alexanderplein. This station takes you within 5 minutes to the metro line or you can take the tram for 10 minutes to the city center. Lastly, we have a bike shop around the corner so you can have the full Dutch experience during your stay!

The apartment is located on the third floor in a typical Amsterdam appartement. There are two close subway stations in the area (Wibaustraat & Weesperplein, 5 minute walk). It will take you up to 7 minutes to go to Amsterdam Central Station.
