My wife and I spent a fantastic week here with friends and family! The villa is light, modern, and spacious. The surrounding hills / mountains are beautiful. The view of the Adriatic, while partially obscured by construction, is stunning. The location is great: close to Cavtat and Dubrovnik. Stocking up at Studenac or Konzum a few miles away was convenient! Note that getting here can be tricky - GPS can be a bit off and coming from Cavtat / the airport takes a near 180° turn. Some Ubers struggled finding us. Lukša was an excellent host. He’s communicative and quick to assist with any request / issue. His recommendation of a private dinner by Chef Dario was a highlight - Dario and his team were accommodating and the meal exceptional! The maids were warm, attentive, and having daily breakfast is incredible. Small tip - if you plan to request laundry service, bring a laundry bag or perhaps Lukša could provide one in the future! Highly recommend a stay here if you’re visiting Dubrovnik!

We truly felt at home in this beautiful apartment. The interior is absolutely stunning, the view is breathtaking, and it’s fully equipped with everything you could possibly need—including a full kitchen and plenty of space for four people to stay comfortably. It was spotless, the cleanliness was amazing, beds were so comfortable, everything in the apartment just felt like home 😊 Our hosts, Marija and her husband, were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They gave us great recommendations for the best local restaurants and made our stay even more special. They are the kindest people you can find in Croatia ✨ The location is perfect—just a 5 minute walk to the bus station, with easy access to the beach. The neighborhood has such a vibrant, relaxed energy that made us feel like we truly escaped the rush of everyday life. We loved every moment here and would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Dubrovnik!

Franciska is an impeccable host! We had a late flight, and although we were supposed to leave the Airbnb at 10:00, she let us leave our luggage in the room and even leave later, as her apartment wasn't receiving new tenants that same day. A lovely woman - she responds quickly, and although she doesn't speak much English, just with her kindness and a few words you understand perfectly. There is a bus stop (she leaves you the printed schedules) right next to the house that takes you to Dubrovnik for €2.90. The nearest beach is a 15-minute walk away. I think it's an ideal place to spend a few days relaxing. Thank you so much for everything!

I had a wonderful stay at Ana’s apartment in Mlini! Everything was spotless and very well organized, and the view of the water from the apartment was absolutely stunning. Ana was incredibly kind and always responded quickly to any messages. Highly recommend staying here!
