Apartment holiday rentals in Platja de l'Arenal

A wonderful stay at Cumbre Del Sol! Right from the beginning Alfredo was responsive and helpful with recommending places to go. The apartment is clean, well decorated, with a grill for outdoor cooking. The area is a quiet residential complex with 3 pools and a small play park. At times we had the pool to ourselves, usually another couple of a few families. Both pools are only a short walk from the apartment. The surroundings are beautiful and the view from the apartment is stunning. You will need a car to get around but the nearest grocery store is only about 5 or 10 minutes by car. The area is popular with expats as there is a large international school in Benitachell. There is a decent coffee shop a short drive away near the school. We visited Beniasia restaurant which was fantastic. Close by there is Cala Lleibeg, a stony beach, which was beautiful. A short drive is Cala Moraig, a busier beach but with life guards and perfect conditions for sea swimming! Thank you Alfredo!

Really enjoyed the whole accommodation both indoor and outdoor with everything catered for. The whole complex is very well maintained and the pool was lovely. The beach is immediately accessible from the pool area and was never crowded and had safe bathing. Good choice of local restaurants and a use Spar supermarket only 200 metres away.

Victoria and Daniel could not have been more attentive, warm and friendly. Their willingness to help was just so amazing!! Their response to our messages was immediate. They treated us more like family from the time we arrived - and even before that by insisting they meet us at the bus station and dropping us off at the end of our stay. Be in no doubt, Victoria and Daniel deserve more stars than we are able to give them.

Lovely apartment on the sea front in Altea. Stunning views of the sea and beach area. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was decorated beautifully. The balcony was large so we felt we had plenty of room. The location is great, a couple of mins walk to the team and less than 10 mins to the pretty old town. There is parking all along the beach front, you can't guarantee a space right away but we usually found one within a few mins.

Wow! This apartment is truly stunning! it is lovely on the photos but even better in real life. The moment we arrived I knew we were going to enjoy a brilliant week in Albir. Corrine is a super host and her attention to detail in the apartment is second to none, everything you could need has been thought of and provided. The apartment is stylish, spacious and everything is of the highest quality. We loved using the terrace, which is a sun trap during the day and also enjoyed using the pool located a short walk out the main entrance. All the shops, bars and restaurants are located within easy distance and the beach is round the corner too. We used the bus service ( number 10) on the main road to go both ways, one day to Benidorm and one day to Altea. There is also a brilliant supermarket 5 mins walk from the apartment. You will not find a better apartment than this and we are already looking forward to returning soon. Thank You so much Corrine for letting us stay in your wonderful home!

We stayed at Laura's place for about 6 weeks, at the end of our stay it felt like we always lived here, a cozy and comfortable apartment. The apartment is very practical with two bathrooms, a lovely terrace and a separate kitchen. There is an elevator in the house, which is very convenient for a family with a child. The house is close to the sea, along the sea is a lovely pedestrian area. Cafes, restaurants are just a step away. A large grocery store is a 5-minute walk away. Plenty of available parking in the month of April. Laura is a wonderful host, and very easy to communicate with. The city itself is just a great place, especially for families. If you prefer to live in an apartment, then there is no better place. Highly recommended.

Excellent place, recommended for a couple, very comfortable. The best thing is the views of the sea and the city of Altea. You need a car if you want to go shopping and get around. Beautiful beaches to walk to from the property.

Thank you very much, Clotilde, for a wonderful stay and your great hospitality. We arrived a little late and were greeted with a large fruit basket. The apartment was perfect, and contains everything you need for a successful holiday. The terrace with the beautiful view is absolutely beautiful and is a nice place to drink your morning coffee. Right below the apartment there is a nice beach promenade that takes you into the city. Altea has many good restaurants and the old town is really charming. On the last day, we had a late return flight to Norway and were able to borrow the apartment for free for a few extra hours. I'd love to come back to Clotilde's cozy apartment.

Beautiful accommodation

The apartment was in perfect condition, impeccable, very comfortable and with everything you need. We also loved the area of the accommodation, next to the beach and close to supermarkets, pharmacy, etc. and all kinds of restaurants. The host was attentive at all times and provided all the amenities during the stay, highly recommended, I would definitely repeat! 10.

Elena and Felix are very friendly hosts and gave us helpful tips on excursions and restaurants right from the start. The sparkling clean apartment is cozy and equipped with every comfort. Highlighted is the comfortable mattress - we slept wonderfully. A special highlight are the terraces, which are equipped with beautiful and comfortable garden furniture and offer magnificent views. The presence of a car is very useful due to the location of the apartment. All in all: a highly recommended holiday home!!

The apartment was just like the photos, beautiful, clean and included everything you need to spend a few days on vacation, as well as extra details from the host. To stay here you need to have a car for your own flexibilty but it's also easy to take a taxi to Calp city. We would recommend this place to everyone who need a few days to just relax. Thanks!!

What a hidden gem! A lovely villa in a peaceful location within walking distance of the beaches and restaurants. We loved the swimming pool, villa and our yoga session on the terrace. Andrés and the family were very friendly and helpful, providing us with lots of local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed for the week. Thank you so much for having us, we had a fantastic holiday!

We really enjoyed our holiday in Víctor's house. If you like walking, hiking, tranquillity and beautiful surroundings, you've come to the right place! The host responds quickly and friendly and the house is nice with a lovely balcony. You can also easily use the swimming pool. Definitely recommended! ⛰️

Fantastic location. Very quiet. The apartment is not very large but very cozy with everything you need to spend a few days. The owners were always very attentive and concerned to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I would definitely come back.

Chris was a very helpful host - flexible with check-ins and check-outs to accommodate our travel plan, and helped with recommending taxis/drivers where needed. The flat was clean, with two nice options for balconies and a good selection of pots/pans etc for those wanting to self-cater. The pool is shared between the residents in the block who were all very polite but it was great. Denia has some lovely things to offer and beaches, old town, restaurants, supermarkets are all walkable - the closest beach is all of 2 minute walk. Would recommend walking around the nearby port which has a selection of vibrant restaurants and cocktail bars. We went in June and the weather was really good so no complaints and the trip met our expectations!

Superb well equipped apartment with great space, excellent quality of furnishings and perfect location. Halfway between the Arenal and the Port so everything was walkable with 15 mins. Opposite the Supermarket which was very convenient. The main road was little noisy but the apartment and location made up for it so much that I would happily go back

We had a great time. The apartment is very comfortable and complete, it has everything you need, kitchenware, appliances, etc., it's also clean and the decoration is ideal. The complex's pool is very large, with 2 slides, both my daughter and we had a great time, the beach bar is large and has several tables. To go to the beach you have to walk about 5 meters but it is a pleasant walk. Sonia is very kind, we had good communication and she made everything very easy for us, she is a very good host, she had prepared a basket with breakfast products for us. We will definitely repeat.
