Alvaros apartment was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The apartment was pristine with great amenities. The location was right within the heart of old town with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The hosts were so attentive and gave some great local recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be back. Thankyou Alvaro and family we had a really special time.

We had a wonderful stay here. We were very impressed with the thoughtful design touches and the interior of the villa. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Pilar was really helpful and responsive as a host. We would love to return!

We were 4 couples with small children aged 0-2 years. All the rooms were well equipped and we felt very welcome. In addition, Anne was very attentive and they were looking out for us at all times. We would definitely repeat.

We felt right at home. The house is beautiful, it has all kinds of amenities both in the kitchen and in the rooms, very complete. It is centrally located and well-connected. The host was very nice and I answered all the doubts instantly.

We loved our month stay. The views were so beautiful. The house was very clean. And our communication with Jacqueline was great. She checked in on us and made sure that all was ok thru out our stay. We've stayed with three marriages, with small children and everything's great. The perfect common and individual spaces, as well as the spaciousness of the garden, the heated pool gives a lot of play, although in Easter, the 26 degrees falls short, you would have to climb it a little. The ideal cleanliness and the Villa has everything you need in terms of home furnishings and appliances. The only thing that would improve is the furniture, since both the sofas and the wedding mattresses are quite worn and sink and for us the rest is very important. Otherwise, everything is perfect.

We felt at home, great house to come a few days, quiet on the beach with a couple. Cozy, very nice. Bed and sofa 10/10. Juan a 100/10. If we go back to Jávea, we already know where we will stay.

Very nice and well-equipped house in a very quiet place. The outdoor area with pool is perfect for summer evenings. Ger has been very attentive to anything we might need.

Perfect house for 6 people, very spacious, a beautiful and well-kept garden along with a super well-located pool with sun all day, practical and clean kitchen, it has a dining room and a living room to watch TV, all the rooms had fans and you slept comfortably. Quiet neighborhood, you can breathe peace. We loved staying there, the host was very nice and adapted very well to our schedules, and they also lent us a travel crib for our baby. I definitely recommend this charming house.

This place truly is heaven on earth, surrounded by the most beautiful views, mountains and greenery this villa was perfect a beautiful building with beautiful grounds, it had everything we needed and more the kids loved it, one of my favourite places and im well traveled. Wendy was super helpful and friendly, helped arrange bikes and food shopping and fetched us milk also! The beds were super comfy and the villa was spacious and and spotless. highly recommend 👌

The apartment was such a great find in a very small cosy lovely city like Xábia. The attic had a beautiful view of the sea and only a 2 min walk from the beach. While being small, the apartment had everything you needed: from the bathroom, to the kitchen to the balcony and all accessories included. Will totally recommend to anyone visiting Zábia/Jávea for either long or short stay.

This accommodation is situated in a 3 block larger luxurious apartment complex. The finishing of the apartment and public spaces is modern and high end. We loved the layout and the privacy and the terrace that is shielded from wind. Due to the sloped positioning on a hillside, from the living room you have full sea view, with no obstructions, with is nice. You do need a car to get around, since the apartment is located up the hill. The fitness, pool and sauna are nice and cleaned daily. The private parking spaces are impossibly small to get in- and out of if you have something else than a fiat 500 size car. Would definitely rent here again.

An amazing stay in an amazing location. The villa was beautiful and relaxing and the view is 10/10. It was spotless clean and the check in was very smooth with a very friendly and kind host. Communication was very responsive. For guests wanting to stay, a heads up to bring your own shampoo and conditioner, as well as basic ingredients for cooking like oil. Overall highly recommend this Villa to stay at. Thanks again.
