We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment! The location is simply excellent – right in the heart of the city center, yet in a quiet area. Everything is within walking distance: great restaurants, attractions, and bike rental are just a few minutes away. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, and has a modern design. Special highlights were the Nespresso coffee machine, automatic shutters, and excellent air conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable. Marta was extremely helpful and kind, always quick to respond to any questions. We were completely satisfied in every way, and I highly recommend this accommodation!

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit appartement. Het was ruim, mooi ingericht, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien - het voelde als een thuis. De ligging was perfect; je kunt overal naartoe fietsen. We komen graag nog eens terug.

Un très bon séjour dans ce logement très propre et très bien équipé. Hipolito est très réactif et très gentil L’environnement est plaisant avec un accès à la plage très proche .Pour ceux qui aiment visiter ,il y'a beaucoup de choses à voir

We loved the location, service, decor and comfort. They thought of everything which was so nice given how tiring it can be to arrive after a long international flight. The team also helped me book a salon appointment and were very responsive. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Felicidad, tranquilidad, paz y descanso. Así resumimos nuestra estancia en el apartamento de Aarón. El apartamento está impecablemente limpio, muy bien equipado y con unas vistas al mar que superan cualquier foto. La ubicación es perfecta: cerca de todo lo necesario, pero con la paz que solo el sonido del mar puede ofrecer. Venimos de una gran ciudad y aquí hemos encontrado exactamente lo que buscábamos: desconexión, aire limpio y silencio. Aarón ha sido un anfitrión atento, amable, rápido en responder y resolutivo. La llegada, la salida y la comunicación fueron impecables. Sentarse en la terraza con una taza de café, sintiendo la brisa del mar y viéndolo tan cerca, es de esas pequeñas cosas que uno no olvida. Nos vamos felices, relajados y con una pequeña tristeza, porque nos habría encantado quedarnos más tiempo. Ha sido un acierto total. Volveremos sin dudarlo.

Tetiana fue muy servicial desde el principio y aceptó la entrada de una mascota. Estuvo pendiente de la hora de llegada, y fue flexible con la entrada y la salida. El piso estaba en muy buenas condiciones y bien situado al lado de la playa. Recomendable tanto para familias como grupos de amigos.

Het verblijf was fantastisch! Je zit hier enorm dicht aan het strand en de ligging is fantastisch. Het enige minpuntje is dat de advertentie niet volledig klopt met de werkelijkheid. Dit is alleen voor mensen met een auto. Je kan niet parkeren op eigen terrein alleen op straat. Het kan op bepaalde momenten van de dag enorm druk zijn in de straten. De auto zal dan verder staan. Voor de rest hebben wij een prettige 4 nachten hier gehad.

Gorąco polecam to miejsce. Bardzo wygodny i przytulny apartament. Niczego nie brakuje i można poczuć się jak w domu. Na uwagę zasługuje bardzo duży balkon z pięknym widokiem na ocean.

Mieszkanie piękne i bardzo czyste. Bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Położone 2 min. od plaży. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Na pewno warto wracać 😊 Po prostu rewelacja. Polecam 😊

Our stay at JuanAn and Silvia’s place was wonderful, the apartment looks exactly like the photos and what we found during our check-in was even more than what we expected. They have put something to eat and to drink for the breakfast and a fresh bottle of water in the fridge. Everything was very clean and smelled great. We enjoyed our stay so much we will book again at their place as soon as we can come back!

The Apartment is spacious, pristine, comfortable and well appointed. Javier put thought into the details that makes a guest comfortable!! The complex was quiet and neighbors friendly and helpful. The nearby beach clean and offers cabanas with cushioned lounge chairs at 40 Euros for three people and that included a mixed drink or beer from the beach restaraunt/bar. Javier was very quick to respond to any need or question, very easy to work with. Note if the parking garage space is tight (we had a 7 passenger vehicle). There is also plenty of outside parking on premises that is well lit. Would definately rent from Javier again!

Hemos estado como en casa, muy agusto. Mar es muy detallista , sobre todo valoro que viajado con un niño pequeño no ha faltado nada. Es muy amable. Todo super limpio

Habíamos estado en Moncofa hace dos años y queríamos volver porque el sitio ante todo es tranquilidad y bingo!!, hemos acertado en el apartamento de Jorge Javier y Tamara. Desde el primer momento todo han sido facilidades, desde la hora de llegada a la hora de salida, la cual ha tenido una incidencia de un objeto que nos hemos olvidado y resuelto!! ;) Cualquier pregunta era contestada sin apenas demora y en definitiva, tranquilidad que es lo que más buscábamos, desconectar del jaleo y rutina diarias. El apartamento tiene de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días que en nuestro caso han sido muy agradables. La playa de piedras es una maravilla. El agua tiene un color espectacular, dentro es de tierra fina, y a mí piel y pelo con ese salitre, le sienta muy bien. Apenas hay gente y todo es muy tranquilo. Hay un supermercado muy cerca y una calle principal llena de negocios, donde los productos de huerta son buenísimos. Sin duda alguna creo sinceramente que vamos a volver a repetir.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung direkt am Strand. Ein absoluter Traum für jeden Strandurlaub. Auch die Verbindung mit dem Bus nach Valencia ist hervorragend, so dass einem Städtetrip nichts im Wege steht. Eine klare Empfehlung!

It is a lovely apartment! Lots of space, comfortable and really nice design. So cozy! Everything you need is there. The area is full of great restaurants and a supermercado around the block. Quiet street but happening area. Only 10-15 min walk to the beach. Two blocks away there is also a bike rental place (Sky bikes) so you can take a bike ride along the beach. Pablo is a great host. Easy to communicate with and super friendly. Very professional and proactive when it comes to instructions. Thank you for a lovely stay in your great place!

l appartement a une très bellel vue, il est spacieux et bien équipé pour 6. le linge de maison est de très bonne qualité , les prestations aussi. l hôte est très attentionné, il y avait bcp de produits offerts pour notre accueil. Julian est resté en contact avec nous durant notre séjour , il nous a toujours conseillé, bien que nous ne l' ayons pas rencontré son voisin Noé étant venu très gentillement nous accueillir pour lui. Merci.

Oscar is a fantastic host — helpful, kind, and incredibly responsive. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The location couldn’t be better: just one block from the Ruzafa Market, with amazing access to fresh produce, great restaurants, coffee shops, vintage stores, and more — all within a 5 to 15-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything per expectations. AC working. Not a single insect seen. Clean and neat. Perfect for a family of five.

El departamenro de Justo fue amor a primera vista y no defraudo. Ademas de todas las comodidades q ofrece tiene un piano en la sala que para cualquier aficionado (como es el caso de nuestra familia) fue un plus. Justo es muy abierto y bondadoso con su espacio, comparte su hogar y sus bienes como si sus huespedes fueran familia. Te deja su musica, sus libros, sus bebidas con total confianza. Nos recibio con un aperitivo al llegar y estuvo en contacto previo a cada momento. El departamento tiene aire acondicionado en cada ambiente, ban̈os completo en cada habitacion. Lavadora, lavavajilla. Te deja elementos de playa, espacio en sus placares. Tiene agua filtrada en el grifo q parece una pavada pero resuelve enormemente la logística diaria. Se encuentra a distancia a pie de la Ciudad de la Ciencias y el Parque Gulliver. En fin, sin duda lo recomiendo y volveria (es cierto q tiene un tema de olor al accionar el ban̈o principal pero me temo que q un tema generalizado de Valencia y no propio)

Everything was nice, we just didnt like the strong parfume smell from those sticks, which we placed outside during our stay. It was clean, they welcomed us with wine and beer in the fridge which is a nice touch, thanks. Good thing is that they provided a beach chair and an sunshade which we used at a beach. Host is nice and responsive, location is great, and we would book again!

Adrian was an excellent host. Always replied to messages promptly. The apartment was in an excellent location for walking around the city. Close to cafes, restaurants and historic locations. The clement had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds and we had peaceful nights sleep even though we were in the old city centre. I recommend Adrian’s house very much.

Mijn vriendinnen en ik hebben hier super fijn mogen verblijven. Het was groot, het is ruim, modern en heel schoon. Met de uber was alles makkelijk te bereiken. Het is een super mooie Airbnb :)
