La planta baja del apartamento cuenta con un amplio living y una cómoda terraza con juego de mesa y sillas y brinda una excelente vista a la puesta de sol. A través de una escalera caracol se accede al antedormitorio, conformado por dos camas y al dormitorio principal con terraza con vista a la bahía de Punta Ballena y al jardín de la piscina. El baño con bañera está ubicado entre las dos habitaciones.

The location is perfect, just 100 meters from Playa Mansa and Playa Brava and 150 meters from the bus station. In the immediate vicinity there are countless restaurants, shops, kiosks, outlets and markets. Due to the pandemic, we currently do not have breakfast service.
