I had a great stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host and property manager were very responsible and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth. The Tulum Country Club area is so beautiful—peaceful, safe, and surrounded by nature. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We spent 5 weeks in the unit. It was a perfect place for the 2 of us, quiet, clean and safe. The unit is equipped to cook basic meals, which we did almost every day. It was also appreciated to have a sun umbrella and 2 beach chairs as we went to the public beaches almost every day. The beach club on site is expensive in our view and we much preferred the option of the public beach with the gear provided. The bed was a bit hard to our liking but we got used to it pretty quickly, no problem. One comment on the balcony, it receives full sun from about 13:00 to sundown making it too hot to sit out for happy hour, but again, this is us... The communication with VMH was really good, very fast to respond to our questions, very much appreciated that. If you are looking for a nice condo in a nice gated community, this unit fits the bill. We had a wonderful family vacation in Akumal! The unit was perfect for us—traveling with our 9-year-old and 4-month-old baby, it had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pools and cooked great meals at the property. Also, the rooftop is perfect for sunset views! The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, and gave us a great recommendation for Beached Bikini, a nearby beach bar. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and quiet getaway!

Jose was extremely responsive to any hiccups we had. Overall the stay was great, it was perfect for my family. Quiet and peaceful and the Tao Community is just beautiful! Can't wait to go back!
