Holiday rentals with beach access in Playa de La Concha

We stayed at Cristian's apartment for 3 nights and it was a great experience. The apartment is fantastic, very spacious and is perfectly located by Plaza Cañadío. There are many excellent bars and restaurants both on the Plaza and surrounding streets, a supermarket 200m around the corner, and the promenade is only a couple of blocks away. Would happily return if in Santander again.

La casa tiene una ubicación excelente. Zona tranquila, muy fácil de aparcar y paseando llegas a la playa del sardinero súper rápido y si quieres ir al centro y no andar demasiado, tienes autobús cerquita también.

Despite the fact that I cut my stay short the time I spent there was wonderful. The apartment was so cosy and had everything I needed, there was even tea bags and coffee provided. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made me feel at home. I did not know anyone in the area and they made me feel like family. I would highly recommend.

Just back from Fernando's place. We had a really great stay. The apartment is in a great location, and the view of the bay of Santander is stunning. Everything we needed was in the apartment, so well stocked ,with everything one needed. Home from home! Thank you again Fernando for having us as your guests. Kind regards Angela&Tom Ryan.

Todo perfecto

El apartamento es tal cual las fotos, está genial: acogedor, limpió y super bonito. Tiene plaza de garaje y esta super cerca de la ría, puedes ir andando. El barrio idílico y super tranquilo. Los anfitriónes, super amables y muy detallistas, el detalle de Bienvenida que nos dejaron, nos gustó mucho. Volveré a repetir sin duda.

Very enjoyable stay, starting with Dámaris, who was friendly, very helpful and a pleasure to meet. We were able to explore Santander on foot, with everything within a pleasant walkable distance. The attic is lovely with tasteful furnishings and everything spotless.

Die Wohnung ist absolut zu empfehlen, sie liegt in einen Yacht und Sporthafen ca. 4 KM vom Zentrum entfernt. Sehr ruhige Lage. Die wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Marta ist die perfekte Gastgeberin, ist immer erreichbar und hat alles möglich gemacht. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen.

Hemos pasado 2 familias el puente de mayo en la casa Vallejo. Decir que la comunicación con diego fue muy buena, a la llegada nos estaban esperando para explicarnos todo. La zona está súper bien comunicada, hay un paseo muy bonito por el pueblo y el río saja ideal para ir con los perros y la familia. Diego nos dejó recomendaciones de restaurantes y zonas que visitar y le hicimos caso. Todo de 100! Sin duda para repetir. La casa cuenta con todas las comodidades y muy cerca hay un montón de súper mercados. Eso sí, consultar los horarios de apertura en festivo. En Madrid estamos muy mal acostumbrados.

¿Lo mejor del apartamento? Pilar y su marido. Encantadores, atentos y disponibles en todo momento. Cualquier duda o necesidad que tuvimos, fue atendida al momento. El apartamento es amplio y luminoso, y con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. En zona super tranquila, y con parking en la puerta. Repetiríamos!

Séjour très agréable. Tout était impeccable. D'une propreté irréprochable. linge de lit et serviettes en quantité suffisante. Le petit coin terrasse donne tout le charme à la location . Petit barbecue disponible, d'ailleurs nous en avons bien profité. Amparo était d'une grande disponibilité et d'une grande réactivité. Très accueillante. un grand merci a elle pour se séjour fort agréable.

El lugar es maravilloso, la ubicación es perfecta para rutas de senderismo o excursiones para ir a otros pueblos o ciudades. La casa es simplemente Preciosa y acogedora, colchones buenos y ropa que huele a limpio. El paisaje de ensueño y los trabajadores maravillosos incluido Juanjo, Conchi y Xavi están disponibles y muy amables para atenderte en lo que necesites, me ha parecido una experiencia irrepetible pero quiero repetir 😄

Maison très agréable avec une vue sur l océan à couper le souffle . Située à 300m de la plage c est un endroit paisible. La maison est très bien équipée et on y trouve une sérénité. L hôte est très sympa et a l écoute. Je recommande ce logement

As soon as we stepped into the apartment, we felt a sense of calm. It's almost impossible not to feel relaxed while surrounded by the beautiful countryside views. The house was designed to capture the scenery, especially with the large living room and master bedroom windows positioned perfectly west. We often preferred having dinner at home while catching a view of the mountain side sunsets over eating out for the evening.

La casa era mucho mejor de lo que nos imaginamos. La atención ha sido perfecta y todo estaba muy limpio y preparado. Lo único que me parece que se podía mejorar es la hora de salida: normalmente es a las 12 y así hay más margen para recoger pero en este caso fue a las 11.

Het verblijf was geweldig. Voldeed meer dan 100% aan de verwachtingen. Wat wij als zeer prettig hebben ervaren is het persoonlijk contact met Mari, onze hostess. Het contact met haar was vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. Bij ons vertrek kwam Mari nog even persoonlijk afscheid van ons nemen. De ruimte was schoon ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. In de slaapkamer een bed van 2,00m breed. Het openbaar vervoer is heel dichtbij en brengt je naar het centrum van Santander. Ook iets wat wij prettig vinden. Men behoeft dan parkeerplek te zoeken in het centrum. Wij vinden het dan ook een echte aanrader voor mensen de omgeving en Santander willen bezoeken.

le logement est impeccable et avec une vue et un accès à la crique. Il ya deux appartements côte à côte, chacun avec leur coin terrasse. L'intimité n'est pas la même mais le couple qui est arrivé en milieu de séjour était très discret. Le séjour c'est très bien passé.

Apartamento muy agradable, limpio y muy equipado. Perfecto para dos personas, el baño algo pequeño. Cocina muy equipada y moderna. Todo muy limpio. Laura siempre atenta, y resolutiva. Al lado de la playa, restaurantes y supermercados. A tener en cuenta que es un segundo sin ascensor, para gente con movilidad reducida no recomendable. El parking interior está bien, pero al no tener plazas designadas en momentos de mucha afluencia como verano o puentes te quedas sin sitio, y fuera es casi imposible aparcar, nosotros fuimos en puente y ya estaba a tope, así que en verano puede ser una locura. Volveria pero no en verano

El apartamento estaba súper limpio y tal y como aparece en las fotos. Muy bien situado en una zona con muchos bares y restaurantes pero cero ruido. Y la zona, desde luego, preciosa.

El apartamento cuenta con todo tipo de detalles, hasta pastillas de lavavajillas y jabón de lavadora. La estancia ha sido como en casa La zona es muy tranquila y el paseo de la playa está muy cerca. La única contra es que no había persianas (en todo el edificio) por lo que si vas con peque y amanece pronto… El resto ha sido genial. También aparcas en l propia urbanización que es muy bueno si vas cargado. Repetiremos

La estancia ha sido de lo más agradable empezando por Pilar, pendiente en todo momento. La casa muy bien ubicada, en una zona tranquila y con todo lo que uno pueda necesitar, además de estar impecable. Volveríamos y la recomendaríamos sin dudarlo.

Der Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Eigentumswohnung (4 Nächte) hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Apartment liegt auf einer kleinen Anhöhe oberhalb des Hafens von Comillas und bietet einen einzigartigen Blick über das Meer. Kostenlose, private Parkmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Strand und die malerische Innenstadt von Comillas sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir wurden von Juan Vincente liebevoll empfangen mit Früchten und Gemüse aus seinem Garten, sowie einer Flasche Wein. Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet mit hochwertigen Möbeln. In der Einbauküche ist alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Insgesamt wirkt die Unterkunft nicht wie ein gewerbliches Vermietungsobjekt, sondern wie eine Vermietung unter Freunden. Obwohl Juan Vincente nur Spanisch spricht, gelang die Kommunikation problemlos. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung bedenkenlos empfehlen.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is walking distance to the beach and downtown, while still being in a quieter neighborhood.
