Sin duda volveré a Suances y si America tiene disponible su apartamento allí estaré. El apartamento precioso, buenas vistas, bien situado (cerca del paseo maritimo), todas las comodidades para sentirte como en casa, si hasta nos dejo pan, magdalenas, café... todo pensando para que puedas desayunar al día siguiente (y algún día más). America nos recibió con toda la amabilidad del mundo, nos explico todo lo del apartamento y alrededores y estuvo atenta al teléfono si necesitabamos algo. Nos llevamos un recuerdo maravilloso y ganas de repetir.

Casa genial y vistas espectaculares

Despite the fact that I cut my stay short the time I spent there was wonderful. The apartment was so cosy and had everything I needed, there was even tea bags and coffee provided. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made me feel at home. I did not know anyone in the area and they made me feel like family. I would highly recommend.

Just back from Fernando's place. We had a really great stay. The apartment is in a great location, and the view of the bay of Santander is stunning. Muy bonito apartamento, limpio, cómodo y luminoso. Tenía todos los servicios que se anuncian. Blanca fue muy atenta y amable con nosotros ya que además de la casa nos ofreció una lista de cosas para hacer en San Vicente. Definitivamente volveremos!! 😊

We spent in total 10 days in the aopartment and had a really nice holiday. The appartment is equipped with all necessary utilities and was very tidy and clean. Jose was a wonderful host and available whenever needed. We can definitely recommend the appartement and surely plan to come back one day.

Great stay in really nice accommodation. Spacious, clean and tidy. Good location easy walking distance from coach station and buses to other parts of town. Great communication before and during stay with Mary Luz. Would recommend.

Attractive accomodation with good access to plenty of restaurants, cafés and bars. We appreciated the friendly welcome and the flexible check-in and check-out times. Overall a good spot to stay in Santander.

Todo está cuidado al detalle y se nota el mimo con el que está pensada para que los huéspedes se sientan como en casa. El entorno es aún más especial: un pueblo de Cantabria lleno de encanto, con un paisaje idílico que invita a desconectar, respirar aire puro y disfrutar del silencio. Queremos destacar también a David, el anfitrión, por su cercanía, amabilidad y disponibilidad en todo momento. Se agradece mucho encontrar personas así cuando viajas. Séjour très agréable. Tout était impeccable. D'une propreté irréprochable. linge de lit et serviettes en quantité suffisante. Le petit coin terrasse donne tout le charme à la location . Petit barbecue disponible, d'ailleurs nous en avons bien profité. Amparo était d'une grande disponibilité et d'une grande réactivité. Très accueillante. un grand merci a elle pour se séjour fort agréable.

Maison très agréable avec une vue sur l océan à couper le souffle . Située à 300m de la plage c est un endroit paisible. La maison est très bien équipée et on y trouve une sérénité. L hôte est très sympa et a l écoute. Je recommande ce logement

Una casa encantadora en un barrio precioso

Incroyable séjour chez l'adorable Teresa. Le logement est paisible, très agréable et fonctionnel pour un couple avec un petit. Le jardin magnifique donne sur une vue très jolie. Teresa est une hôte très attentionnée et solaire. Encore un grand merci pour tout !!! Emma, Louis et Charlie.

Het verblijf was geweldig. Voldeed meer dan 100% aan de verwachtingen. Wat wij als zeer prettig hebben ervaren is het persoonlijk contact met Mari, onze hostess. Het contact met haar was vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. Bij ons vertrek kwam Mari nog even persoonlijk afscheid van ons nemen. De ruimte was schoon ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. In de slaapkamer een bed van 2,00m breed. Het openbaar vervoer is heel dichtbij en brengt je naar het centrum van Santander. Ook iets wat wij prettig vinden. Men behoeft dan parkeerplek te zoeken in het centrum. Wij vinden het dan ook een echte aanrader voor mensen de omgeving en Santander willen bezoeken.

le logement est impeccable et avec une vue et un accès à la crique. Il ya deux appartements côte à côte, chacun avec leur coin terrasse. L'intimité n'est pas la même mais le couple qui est arrivé en milieu de séjour était très discret. Le séjour c'est très bien passé.

El apartamento estaba súper limpio y tal y como aparece en las fotos. Muy bien situado en una zona con muchos bares y restaurantes pero cero ruido. Y la zona, desde luego, preciosa.

María Gemma es majisima muy atenta al dejarnos una sombrilla y solucionarnos un problema con la luz porque había una tormenta nos contestó muy rápido y los perrillos muy majos

Der Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Eigentumswohnung (4 Nächte) hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Apartment liegt auf einer kleinen Anhöhe oberhalb des Hafens von Comillas und bietet einen einzigartigen Blick über das Meer. Kostenlose, private Parkmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Strand und die malerische Innenstadt von Comillas sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir wurden von Juan Vincente liebevoll empfangen mit Früchten und Gemüse aus seinem Garten, sowie einer Flasche Wein. Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet mit hochwertigen Möbeln. In der Einbauküche ist alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Insgesamt wirkt die Unterkunft nicht wie ein gewerbliches Vermietungsobjekt, sondern wie eine Vermietung unter Freunden. Obwohl Juan Vincente nur Spanisch spricht, gelang die Kommunikation problemlos. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung bedenkenlos empfehlen.

Catherine's apartment is a haven of peace and tranquility. The views from the lounge windows are worth the price alone. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard and the place has everything you'd need for a long stay. The Usil beach is a 2/3 min walk while the beautiful Liencres dunes, which can be seen from the window, are around. 10 min drive away. All-in-all the apartment is ideally placed to enjoy not just the immediate area but the whole of the Costa Quebrada Geopark too.

Buena ubicación, unas vistas maravillosas, la casa muy bien equipada, limpio y nuevo. Lo mejor las vistas de la terracita. Muy buen trato por parte de Pedro, recomendadisimo.
