The apartment is located a few steps away from Playa De los Ingleses, and is ideal to spend a few unforgettable vacation days in Punta del Este. It has everything you need to enjoy. It is comfortable, bright and with outstanding ocean views. It is located a few meters from: the old Church of La Candelaria, the Punta de Este Lighthouse and the traditional Av. Ocean view apartment, excellent location, facing the sea, 2 blocks from the port. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, living room with wood stove, large terrace, garage, cable TV with 49" smart TV and 32-inch smart TV, Wi-Fi, capacity for 6 people. Very quiet and safe area. Steps from the sea!!!!! IMPORTANT!!!!! We DO NOT leave bed linens or towels. If required, it is $5 per person for the entire stay. It is on the first floor by stairs
