Monthly Rentals in Playa de Maspalomas

We stayed here for a week and honestly, the images didn’t do the place justice. It was even better in person—clean, well-kept, and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The host was fantastic, super friendly and full of great local recommendations that really made our trip special. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for an stress-free, relaxing stay with a personal touch.

I have spent 11 days in this apartment and can say that it is a rally good value for money. The check-in was very easy and flexible (key box) and the apartment was very clean and smelled good when arrived. It is located on the 5th floor which means you have a nice view form the terrace. The air conditioning works very well and allows you to cool down the apartment quickly. You can make it quite dark in the bedroom to have a better sleep if you like to sleep until noon (like me) and there are shutters in the living room. The bed was comfy, and the kitchen is well equipped. The furniture in the living room is traditional but cozy and in good condition. Jörg is a great host. He was always available, professional and friendly and tried to help if I needed anything. The location of the apartment was perfect for my purposes as I came to enjoy the nightlife, and it is just 2 min away from yumbo center (with all kind of bars and restaurants).

Massimo is a good and reliable host. The accommodation offers everything you need if you want to cater for yourself on site. The pool was cleaned daily and could always be used alone. It is not an overcrowded hotel complex with a clear number of guests. To get to the beach, you should take a good 15 minutes' walk or take 1 stop by bus that stops right outside the door.
